Sassy Sands Sea-scape unit 2115 is a 2 BR 2 BA beachfront condo with amazing Gulf of Mexico oceanfront views. This updated unit features all the comforts of home throughout. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts a bunk room with access to the second bathroom. The common area also holds a sleeper sofa and space for you and the entire family. Shores of Panama features a beautiful renovated resort pool and access to some of Panama City's best establishments!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest register and pay for parking upon arrival. You get one parking pass and 6 Resort bands for $90.

Owner provides a beach wagon and back pack cooler and 2-3 beach chairs for your use.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
