Kelso Beach is a private beach community located next to breathtaking Presque Isle State Park. Barefoot Bungalow is a cute three bedroom cottage located in Kelso Woods, a cottage community with full access to Kelso Beach.
Barefoot Bungalow has an updated kitchen, open floor plan, screened in porch, wooded back yard, and finished lower level. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 queen size murphy bed, and a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping.
Other amenities provided in this beautiful beach home include cable, internet, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central air, free parking, charcoal grill, and easy beach access with designated parking at lake level.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
A deposit of 30% the total rental fee is required to hold the property
Another payment of 70% will be due thirty days prior to check in date
ONE MONTH RENTALS ONLY
Full amount is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable

Pets will NOT be permitted in rental units
There are no lifeguards on at private beaches
NO SMOKING
Linens provided
We base our rental fees on the expectation that you will leave the premises clean and in good order
We cannot be held responsible for any mechanical failures due to our inability to get service or parts

No boat or waverunner parking. Offsite boat/waverunner parking can be arranged.
Occupancy Limit – 8-10
Extra person charge of $50 per person
Check-in – After 3:00PM
Check-out – Before 9:00AM – the late check out fee is $100
PETS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN RENTAL UNITS
THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS AT ANY OF THE PRIVATE BEACHES
