About this space:

Fronting a fantastic park with gardens and a playground, this "House on Park" is centrally located just blocks to the Lake Erie waterfront. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from downtown Erie, Gannon University and the attractions of Presque Isle!

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large front porch, this home will comfortably entertain up to 12 guests in well appointed accommodations in a peaceful neighborhood location. Fully fenced backyard.

Accessibility: 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom are downstairs. Downstairs bathroom has shower seat and pull bars. 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are upstairs.

Was really impressed with cleanliness of the house. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Rooms were comfortable and having all the TVs was great.

This was a great property especially with traveling with kids. We walked to the bay front to eat one night and it’s a short drive the Presque isle beaches. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to sit on the porch and enjoy looking at the park. We would stay here again if we were to return to Erie.

The house was wonderful. Family of 5. So everyone had their own space. The game room was a hit. The location is perfect for walking to Perry Square and to Library Park. Would love to stay there again.

The house was neat, clean and easy to find. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had during our week long stay. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (6 adults, 1 9 yr old, and an infant). Would recommend this property to anyone.

Pefect Family Stay

Loved the propery. Perfect for multi-age groups. There were numerous gathering places indoor and out for every age yet the set up allows for equal privacy. Despite being a 5 min walk to downtown the neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful park view.

We had a scrapbook retreat with 10 people fit us very well it is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower. The owner responds back in a very reasonable time frame.

Perfect Home, excellent location!

Beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Located directly across the street from a huge city park and very close to the convention center. Stayed for a business convention and would definitely come here again versus staying in yet another hotel. Thanks for having us!

The property was well kept, nice furnishings, clean. We had one glitch. Wi-Fi was out on the first night and next morning That’s life! Temperature was cool in the house and had adequate air conditioning. We enjoy the front porch and the view of the park’s garden

Great House Great Location

Upon arrival, the house was very beautifully remodeled and very clean! Both a definite plus for me when booking a stay. The location was fabulous for us as it was centrally located to family and all the places we needed to go. I travel to Erie often and will definitely book with this home again! Everything you need is supplied and the place was perfect for our needs!
