Motorcycle / boat trip with the guys

Comfortable and nice, rented a boat and the Dock worked great.

Check-in was easy, though the home was not readyvat the stated time and we were not notified of any delay. There were issues with the cleanliness of the home, and posted pictures did not reflect actual status of the home's state of upkeep. It took multiple attempts to reach someone, though in all fairness, it was a weekend. Expectations (based on photographic depiction and written description on VRBO) were not met, but management did offer a resolution.

Good, but not great.

House is a little outdated, not being kept up with, currently for sale. Wood rotten on deck. Nice lights outside for ambiance if more than 6 of 30 worked. Door to upstairs deck is broken and hard to open. Cooked on food left on dishes in cabinets. Dirty ceilings. I know it’s pet friendly and I love that, but it doesn’t need to smell like a pet. Ice maker doesn’t work and clearly they were aware bc they brought us a bag of ice and didn’t attempt to fix. Closet door has a lock and we were not provided combo, took over 3 hours for a reply after numerous messages and an initial hold one moment turned into 3 hours later. We had items locked in there. Listing says ‘game room’ …….there is no such game room…..unless they mean cards and Jenga in a closet?

The dock was amazing, and so was the deck and other outdoor spaces. The house had lots of big comfy couches! Showers were great and communication with the host was very smooth. We had a wonderful time!
