This stunning ocean front condo is perfect for any group of friends or family! Opal # 103 features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The coastal condominium is tastefully decorated and furnished, inviting you and your guests to enjoy the wonders of the ocean, inside and out! Equipped with an open concept kitchen and dining room, this home allows you and your guests to spread out in front of the large flat screen TV, or come together around the large dining room table for a nicely home cooked meal. The kitchen features a oversized kitchen island, all stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware.
The first guest bedroom is located off the entry way and is equipped with two full beds. A shared bathroom is also attached to this guestroom, with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is located directly across from the first, featuring one queen size bed and an attached private bathroom. The second guest bathroom also comes equipped with a walk in shower. Each room features plenty of storage space to put away all guest items and closets to store clothing efficiently.
The Master Suite is located off the living area and features a beautiful king size bed. Equipped in the master bath is a shower and tub combination, after a long day on the beach you can read a book in front of your ocean facing window.
Prefer to be outside? A private balcony is located off the living room and allows you and your guests to enjoy the sun and the beautiful ocean views. Grab the group and go for a refreshing swim in the elongated pool, or kick back and relax in one of the Opal's two elegant hot tubs! When you are ready to hit the sand, a beach access is conveniently located across the street!

Every stay at Opal #103 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. We've rented this unit 2 years in a row for 4th of July weekend and loved it enough to return. It's perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Clean and directly across the street from beach access. Hope to return again.

Everything was great. Condo is very welll stocked with everything you might need. Beds are really comfortable in every room. And the beach access is right across the street. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time with the unit. Very spacious, great views, great location. If there was one thing I would do to make it even better it would be to add a patio table and a couple chairs on the deck. The views and people watching off the deck is amazing, would have been nicer with a little furniture.

Great Location!!
We vacation at SPI every summer and I would definitely consider staying at this condo again for many reasons. The biggest reason is for the location. It's a quick walk to the beach (like literally right across the street). The unit was very clean. The a/c works well and there are fans in every room. If I had to be "picky", there were a few things that made our stay a little (very little) uncomfortable. For example, the hallway bathroom doesn't flush very well. We called someone the first day we got there to look at it. He said he'd come back and fix it but he never did. The toilet still worked but that particular bathroom had a strong sewage smell. We had to keep the door closed at all times. Also, all three bathroom sinks did not drain well. Another downside to the condo was that the back patio door did not have curtains or blinds so at night you could be seen easily from the street. The last thing, which was an oversight by me, was that there was not a TV in the master bedroom. I know that sounds like a lot of cons but even with all those little things, I would still consider staying at this condo next year.

2 stars is generous…..So many issues with this unit. I feel like the property should have a walk through before a client arrives if it has been empty a couple days. When we arrived one of the bathroom lights was out (needed a new light bulb). Master bathroom the toilet flusher button was broken, only half was there. Sometimes we had to stick a finger down the hole to push the other side up to make it flush. Also in the master bathroom the sink wouldn’t drain. The refrigerator was broken and wasn’t cooling. Husband had to go the store to buy an ice chest and more ice to keep our cold items cold. They brought an extra refrigerator. They left the broken fridge and put the extra refrigerator in a small space, which was already a tight fit. This fridge you had to press really hard to make sure it closed. Also they left the dolly in the middle of the room. The hall bathroom smelt like sewage and each day it got worse and was nauseating. Also light and fans in the rooms are controlled by remotes that sometimes worked. It stopped working in the master so it was full blast fan or no fan. They fully equipped kitchen does NOT include baking pans, casserole pans or a toaster. But you get an electric wok!
