Soldotna Gem!

If you’re looking for a cozy get-a-way spot in Soldotna or Kenai this is it!!!The property is actually a duplex. Suite 2 is perfect for 1-4 guests or more if you also rented suite 1. Perfectly appointed with all you need. The host has thought of everything including child proof locks that can be added to the cabinet doors. Beds are super comfortable, plenty of towels plus your coffee in the mornings. If you’re looking for a quick bite before heading out the host has even provided oatmeal packets. Very quiet, picturesque location. Our only disappointment was the lack of a moose sighting. Loved every moment of our time at this VRBO rental.

Stayed 3 days to attend my son’s State HighSchool baseball tournament. Kitchen is well stocked, worked great to cook for the team and take food to their location. Place is immaculate, and nicer than the pictures online.

Perfect “Home Away from Home”

If you are looking for a nicely finished space for 1-4 guests in Soldotna, this is it. My family spent 2 nights and we just can’t say enough great things about this unit. Well-appointed interior, comfortable open floor plan—living, kitchen, and dining. Kitchen layout and amenities are A. Bedrooms are cozy and very comfortable. Beautiful and caring touches in every room. Devon is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend!

Great for KKRB families

First time staying at a VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Close to the Kenai River Brown Bears ice rink (our son, a player) was able to stop by to relax between practice and the game and they ended up with an OT win. Close to restaurants, and great trails for walking or hiking.

Professional, clean, convenient and customer-focused. Loved it!

Me and my son were on our first trip to Alaska for some fishing in the Kenai and surrounding area. First, Devon(property contact) was super responsive to all follow-up inquiries. Super easy check in process. Devon also -upon my request-bought a blender to support my diet needs. Not a problem she said!! Immediate assurance we’d have one, and it was there. Super appreciated that Devon 😊 The place was centrally located for us , close to grocery, gas, fishing guides,etc. set back off the main highway but still close to everything needed, and quite private and Big Alaska Woods Feel to it. Very nice! Loved that get lost feel for a short trip. Super clean and modern, efficient. Will definitely stay there again when back in area 👍

Highly Recommend

This property is half of a duplex in a great central location in Soldotna/Kenai. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the updated interior, and the thought put into the small things. For example, I went for a two hour ski and grabbed a towel for the bath when I got back and saw they had Epsom salts stocked! Not a huge deal, but such an awesome surprise/touch! The property is well equipped with all the basic needs and I’ll say it again, so clean!!

Perfection!!

My husband and his brother were in Alaska for a hunting trip. They weren't sure of their schedule so didn't make reservations ahead of time. The owner was extremely responsive and cleaned the property on very short notice for them to check-in early. They were extremely grateful for a hot shower and comfy bed!! The home was perfect!! Clean, fully stocked, everything they needed for a great trip!! They couldn't have been happier!!! THANK YOU for a great stay!!!

Alaska fishing and sightseeing experience

We booked Skyline Suites after our stay for our daughter and her husband. This is their review: “ Skyline suites was a breath of fresh air following our bad experience with our previous VRBO. My parents insisted we stay at skyline suites following their departure as we extended our trip. The space felt so cozy. It was apparent our hosts took pride I their rental. We only wished the rain would relent so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more. We enjoyed our walks in the morning around the neighborhood while trying to outpace the mosquitoes. We would not hesitate to stay here if we visit AK again!

Our Alaskan Adventure

My husband and I loved staying at Skyline suites. Amazing remodel that looks exactly like the pictures and is so cute. The beds were comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. The host communicated everything we needed to know before hand and made it super easy to check in. The location is also great. Highly recommend staying here.
