Bienvenue à la maison à votre belle entièrement meublé 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain complète en bas de bains. Votre suite comprend tous les appareils électroménagers, vaisselle et linge de maison; tout ce que vous devez apporter est votre brosse à dents et votre café préféré! Parmi les nombreuses caractéristiques de l'appartement sont le chauffage central, aspirateur central, quai de pêche privé et terrasse pour ne nommer que quelques-uns. Vous êtes à seulement trois minutes des commerces et restaurants, mais vous vous sentirez la paix et la tranquillité du pays avec la nature tout autour de vous. Vous serez en mesure de pêcher à partir du quai tout l'été, et notre station de nettoyage du poisson pratique rendra la préparation de votre capture encore plus facile. Sarah is a great host! The view is amazing, right on the Kenai River, and my son pulled out a 8.5lb Salmon from the dock! Memories made!I worked remotely every day, the WIFI was perfect.

We loved our time here! The suite was spotless and the views so beautiful! Sarah was an incredible host, supplying us with fishing rods and a life jacket for our son. Would definitely stay here again!

A cozy spot on the Kenai

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a family wedding nearby. In addition to the wedding events we explored the beautiful area, and enjoyed coming home to this cozy place each evening. It was well stocked and very clean. The river is right out there, and the best moose sightings were on the road in front. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. This property is on the River and has a dock and cleaning station. A bottle of wine and snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The hosts are lovely, gracious people. WE will defiantly return.

Excellent hostess & amazing fishing!!

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time! We were surprised that this was one unit of four units when we arrived (based on the listing description), but the hostess took time to explain the set up and encouraged us to give it a try. We did and it was the right choice. The fishing was amazing and we met several other guests and had great conversations. We’ll definitely be back!

Above and Beyond

Fantastic people! We had a rental car fall through and the owners borrowed us their truck for the rest of our trip. They made a happy ending to our Alaska adventure. In all our world wide travels, we have never seen such love and generosity. Beautiful location right on the river. We had a blast.

Sarah was a fantastic host. She went out of her way to get anything we needed. Loaned us fishing boots, fish scaler, and even cooked homemade chowder for us.Only small complaint was kids running around above us on upper floor for a couple nights created a little noise. Would also recommend replacing small beds with bunk beds with queen size on bottom and twin on top.

Amazing place

My husband and I spent 3 days in Sarah's house in Soldotna. I just have no words to describe the beauty and comfort of this cozy and very clean place. Ours special thanks to the owner of the house Sarah! She is extraordinary person, she took care of us like family. So much warmth and kindness in this person. Great Location on the Kenai!

The best thing about this property is the location. It is beautifully situated on the lower Kenai River in Soldotna. There is a dock from which you can fish -- and catch lots of fish. The fish are swimming upstream in mass and you can see the fish swim directly under and in front of the dock. Unfortunately, the only fish we caught from the dock were Pink Salmon, which we immediately released -- (not a big fan for the taste of Pink Salmon). The host is a wonderfully nice woman who is available to help you with anything you need. The accommodations itself is just so-so. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable twin beds each. The kitchen is way too small to really enjoy preparing the good fish you catch (or anything else). With that said, however, my 2 adult sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at this property.

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. We stayed in a ground level unit (not sure I would have liked the stairs in the 2nd story units). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The covered fish cleaning/packaging and grilling area was so wonderful. The dock was larger than I anticipated and the stairs and ability to fish in the water was a relief to see. Basketball hoops were a nice bonus. Despite our poor timing on the salmon run, we really enjoyed this property and location. There are some really nice public access areas nearby that are worth checking out too!

BREATHTAKING! Pictures do not do this place any justice! Fishing in the back yard is millions dollars worth for my family, kids fished day and night! Sarah were so accommodating and left the home super clean! I can say this is one of the BEST homes I’ve ever stayed at for fishing trips. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

Right on the River!

Our family of four enjoyed this two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is clean, tidy and right on the Kenai River! Everything you need for enjoying fishing from the dock, cleaning fish, or relaxing outside on a sunny day. Simple, clean, and perfect.
