Indulge in contemporary beachside elegance in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit at Sea Shell Condominiums. The unit sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining set seats 6 with an open concept that flows into the beautifully decorated living room. At 1,086 square feet, this is a spacious, airy residence that feels relaxing and rejuvenating. There are large, flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and free Wi-Fi and HBO are provided.

Sea Shell Condominium, a gated complex with 49 units, provides its guests with the necessities they need for a day at the beach, including towels, beach chairs, and loungers. Other on-site amenities include the large, heated pool, gas and charcoal grills, an assigned, covered parking space for each unit, laundry facilities on each floor, and two elevators for easy accessibility. Our on-premise rental office ensures a seamless check-in and check-out process, with after-hours options for late arrivals.

Situated directly on the renowned Siesta Key Beach, the condo is close to restaurants, shopping plazas, and more. It's the most convenient location on Siesta Key!

The location is perfect. Quick walk to the beach and right across the street from Captain Curt’s. Love Siesta and have been several times and Seashell Condos has always been a favorite place to stay!

Location was great. But, dirty unclean pots & pans. Also, roaches in kitchen & sofa. Last, misrepresented washer & dryer. IT WAS NOT IN UNIT! More specifics about “Amenities” should be listed as ONSITE WASHER DRYER. I would not have chosen this property for that exact reason. I’ve stayed in this beach many times. In unit washer dryer a must. Despite the friendly, helpful staff, I would not recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. Walkable to stores, restaurants, and bars. All beach chairs and umbrellas are available. Perla in the office is the VERY BEST. So pleasant and accommodating.

Nice Location, Odd Smell, Loud Guests

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was nice. The unit looks updated and clean. Front desk was nice on check in day. There is a weird odor near the front of the unit and it was hard to pinpoint the smell. It could have been cleaning products or chemical to treat previous bug issues. We did see some bug traps around the unit One of the toilets would run when not in use so we would have to go and confirm the water wasn’t overflowing. Our first night there the unit right above us had visitors and/or other guests in their unit as they were up until 2am playing music, yelling, stomping, and partying to the point where we could hear everything. We even heard a dog that barked and kept us awake. When we called the answering service to report them, we were told we had to call the local police. When we called the police, no one showed up. It was a long night. We are hesitant in staying again as it was not as relaxing as we thought it would be to stay here. The other guests or owners also seem to not have any respect for the quiet hours. We were told the trolley would come and pick us up if we stand by the side of the road but after 30 minutes no trolley ever came so we just decided to drive over to siesta beach.

Helpful, accommodating.Our room was nice and clean.Sea shell is convenient location.
