We also have a large sun room with floor to ceiling windows, layout deck that covers the lakeside of the house. The dock has a 16' x 40' slip with a layout patio and has great fishing areas with 100' of shoreline. Be sure to catch what's going on all around the lake. Grand lake has events every weekend!!
