The condo was clean and well stocked with the expected basic items. The pool was extra warm, which we appreciated in December. We’ve stayed at this complex before in a different unit and were surprised that this specific unit is a little hard to find and walk back to in the dark. It wouldn’t work well for anyone with mobility issues but it worked just fine for us.

Super location

The condo is a wonderful unit in a great complex. It overlooks the really nice pool and it is centrally located for an easy drive to downtown or to take Hwy 111. The view of the mountains was a daily treat. My stay had quite a few bumps, however. When we checked in, it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I had to get a hotel room, which the host did compensate. Then I misplaced the pool key, and there was no spare. I replaced the key and made a spare for them. Communication between the host and me became strained as other problems came up during the 2 week stay, including not being able to access the locked mailbox for a valuable medication delivery. (no key is available to guests, I discovered) Bathroom and kitchen supplies are not well maintained, I suspect the cleaners have the full responsibility of maintaining all the inventory as the host lives far away. Having rentals of my own, I don't think that's a good system as the cleaners have enough to do as it is. There are some supplies the cleaners would not know about, such as an empty olive oil bottle or a broken shampoo bottle. The master bedroom is lovely with a wonderful view of the pool and the San Jacinto Mtns; the guest bedroom is not as comfortable and feels like an afterthought and storage area.

Perfect, just perfect.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a well appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable and everything was represented in the listing was completely accurate. We will stay here again. The pool was a wonderful opportunity for us as well.

Perfect getaway!

The condo feels more like a bungalow! Perfect size for my husband and me and our good friend. Plenty of space, well equipped, overlooking the pool and hot tub, and super close to downtown. We would definitely book this again.

Great Palm Springs location

The condo was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes and untensils. There were plenty of towels and sheets. The location is excellent within 5 to 10 minutes to shopping downtown and many restaurants. The development is gated and very well manicured. Property manager was excellent. Respinded to questions and needs very quickly. This would be an execellent choice for a Palm Springs stay.

Sparkling clean, blissfully quiet & comfortable in Palm Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed a very pleasant 10d stay. Our third stay at Mesquite CC and first holiday in this particular unit, which was by far the most comfortable, modern, thoughtfully appointed, and spotlessly clean of the three. Appreciated two balconies offering quiet and shade at different times of day. Beautiful gardens, paths, and wildlife sightings around the property. Just wish the nature trail was open during our visit. The on-site swimming pools would be even better with more shade/umbrellas. Many other amenities are within a short walk.

Spacious and well-equipped two bedroom

This is a spacious, well appointed 2-bedroom with a well equipped kitchen. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and that the two bedrooms weren't right next to each other. Definitely five stars and ideal for longer stays. We stayed two weeks and will stay longer next time.

Palm Springs Escape

We very much enjoyed this property. It’s very nicely appointed and in a great location for walking on the Prescott Preserve and doing activities in and around Palm Springs. The Property Manager (Brian) is very responsive and helpful.

Perfect home away from home!

There are not enough compliments I can give to my host after spending 1 week in this gorgeous and meticulous condo. It had everything and was quiet, I could walk to the grocery store, CVS and most of all Starbucks! I loved everything about my stay.

Great home

A very nice condo in a very quiet country club. The house is newly renovated with modern features. Very clean and has a good amount of space. We travel often and we stay places so we have seen different hotels/home. We definitely recommend this place!
