We loved staying at the Hidden Bear cabin. It rained a bit while we were in Island Park and it was fun to have a beautiful and cozy place to enjoy during the rain storms. The host was fantastic!

Tryg was an amazing host. He went over and beyond expectations for service on our trip. The cabin was beautiful and easily accessible to Yellowstone. Just a wonderful area.

Perfect cabin on the waterfront

It was a quick trip, but the cabin was perfect for our needs. We especially loved being right on the water. And communication was top-notch!

When we arrived there is a shared lock box with other guests who didn’t return it so we had to contact and wait 45 minutes to get in and the security guard said no way he was letting us in so that was rather inconvenient. The grill was dirty and out of propane so we had to run back to town to get it filled. No grilling utensils either. The upstairs shower had a big glob of hair in it and there was sex lubricant under the main bed which was rather gross. Overall it was really enjoyable just a few oversights. We’d use it again

Cozy Lake Front Cabin

Cabin and property is beautiful. The cabin decor has a nice cozy feel. Enjoyed the fire pit and saw a lot of stars in sky. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Out of the way retreat

Yes, it's a couple of miles off the main stretch, but what a reward at the end. A cozy cabin on the lake with access to kayaks. A perfect place to get away from it all, yet close enough to Yellowstone for more adventure.

Wonderful stay near Yellowstone, about 45 minutes away. 10 minutes off the main road. Very secluded & safe with keyed entry. Communication was confusing, there are 3 different phone numbers for contact. Great communication once I got the right #. TV listing is incorrect & was very disappointing, there is no cable or satellite. The DVD player was jammed, leaving us with only VHS. House is clean, nice & cozy. Tons of supplies! We have never stayed somewhere as well stocked! Lake was great to fish & sunbathe at. There is no central air or heat, but the temperature was perfect in June. The fireplace heats the house well & there are portable heaters as well. Would highly recommend this house!

Amazing!

Great cabin! 45 minute drive to Yellowstone, but it’s worth it! Right on the lake. Fire pit, cornhole, kayaks, canoe, games, and all the kitchen necessities! My boys wanted to stay longer!

Dream location

We loved this place!! My family did not want to leave. We played in the water, had a private dock, access to kayaks/canoes/ and life jackets. Cornhole game and fire pit. Breathtaking views. Definitely will be returning.

The cabin itself was great. We didn’t know until we got there that the water level was so low our private dock was sitting on the dirt. Our fishing trip didn’t turn out the way we thought. But it was still a great time.

Our stay at the Lakefront Cabin at Island Park was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is in a stunning location with beautiful lake views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, outdoor activities, and everything Island Park has to offer.The cabin was well-equipped with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up, making it feel like a home away from home.The hospitality from the host was truly exceptional. They were welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made a great stay even better.The only small suggestion for improvement would be updating the kitchen and bathroom abinets. Some of the drawers and cupboard doors don't open and close properly, which can be a little frustrating. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was perfect.Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us—we had an amazing stay and would gladly return!

Vi var to par der boede i The Hidden Bear Cabin. Det kan varmt anbefales til andre. Især hvis man har behov for virkelig at slappe af fra stress og jag. Hytten indbyder til hygge og ro. Der er fine bekvemmeligheder, og stort set alle apparater virker (dog ikke tv, dvd osv, men det er jo heller ikke derfor man tager på ferie) Naturen er fantastisk allerede fra du træder ud af døren, og især hvis du ønsker at udforske Yelowstone, Teton eller andre storslåede naturreservater.Om aftenen grillede vi på den store grill på terrassen, og hyggede os til sent. Vejret i begyndelsen af september var så fint og varmt at vi kunne være udenfor til sent. Til sidst sad vi ved bålstedet og kiggede på stjerner i den smukke aften/nat himmel. Vi vil sent glemme dette ophold - simpelthen et fantastisk dejligt sted!
