We are happy to share our first home with you. This is a peaceful cottage that we bought and remodeled in Hico, Texas, our hometown. It is cozy, comfortable, and clean. You can enjoy the quiet and scenic surroundings, the outdoor fire pit, and the family games. You can also explore the downtown area with its shops, restaurants, and attractions. The space
Our cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it the perfect size for up to 5 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Our fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home. We provide all the necessary cookware and utensils, as well as basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, board games, and surround sound. It's perfect for movie nights, game nights, or relaxing after a long day of exploring.

We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience. The large backyard is perfect for outdoor activities, featuring a fire pit and games such as cornhole. We provide all the necessary equipment for these activities.
