A cute apartment located right in downtown Beulah and all it has to offer. Take a stroll down Main Street, or the one minute walk to the Beulah Beach on gorgeous Crystal Lake. Take in the beauty and the beaches that are the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Bring your bikes and ride the Betsy Trail to Frankfort and Lake Michigan. Take a day trip drive and visit the Leelanau Peninsula, Fishtown in Leland, Northport, and Suttons Bay. Head into Traverse City to shop on Front Street. Stop by at the awesome St. Ambrose Cellars. Take a week and do it all.

At this centrally located location, you have it all at your fingertips while giving up nothing by being centrally located.

A quaint 1st story single bedroom apartment that has all you need. Note that the bedroom only has a hallway curtain between it and the main room studio with the bathroom open to the bedroom area. Comes with a TV that you can watch your personal streaming services, and wifi to keep connected. The bedroom has a full size bed for 2, or one can camp on the couch :). The living room/kitchen studio area is open and comfortable. Nice furniture and modern appliances. Max occupancy is 2 adults. Anything different would require approval. A full kitchen with all standard utensils and amenities, with electric stove (no oven) and a mid-size refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Decorated in beachy road trip decor.

Use this 450 square foot unit as your base station to enjoy all that the northwest lower peninsula of Michigan has to offer.

* Weekend stays cannot be split, meaning we require all Friday and/or Saturday night stays include the entire Friday/Saturday weekend, with either a Thursday or Sunday night added to meet minimum 3 day reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not meet these requirements. Also, when the calendar begins becoming filled in, we will not allow reservations that then leave less than 3 available days (state law minimum) for rental. Thank you for your consideration.

Newly refinished quaint studio apartment just steps from Crystal Lake! The 1st floor apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Steps away from Beulah's shopping, great restaurants and bars. The host David was very accommodating! We will be back! Thanks David!

Owner was very prompt with messages, clean place in a quiet town We came up here to go biking as the Betsy trail was near by. I would like to see a microwave in the place. Other then that no issues.

This place was PERFECT for me and my daughter's vacation. You cannot beat this location. SO close to the beach on Crystal Lake. Walking distance to a few restaurants. We rented paddleboards just two blocks away. The Betsie bike trail is so close and so beautiful/scenic. Drivable to so many incredible spots. We went to Empire Bluff Trail, North Bar Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Arcadia Overlook and Beach to watch sunset. Sleeping Bear Dunes. This one bedroom apartment was so adorable and perfect for what we needed. We cannot wait to come back!

I loved this bungalow! A wonderful updated apt in an excellent location right in DTN; steps away from lake, restaurants and shopping! Great kitchen, comfortable bed and couch! Owner- David was quick to respond to all of my questions which was wonderful and made my stay even more enjoyable.I will definitely stay here again on my next MI vacation!

This place couldn’t be beat for location — an ideal spot for exploring Beulah, Crystal Lake and the Sleeping Bear Dunes area. We loved being able to walk to get coffee each morning. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Northern Michigan.

I'm so sorry that you were less than pleased with the stay, giving only 3 stars. We have only received excellent reviews and 5 star ratings up to this point. Unfortunately we didn't provide a hair dryer or an iron/board for your stay, which was a comment, and likely won't in the future. We can't anticipate everyone’s requirements though we try our best, and that is the first time ever that it was raised as a concern. We try to list all of the available amenities in our description so that there are not any misunderstandings. Also, questions asked are always questions answered.
