The Space:

Sand Dollar Unit #3 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio.



Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property.

Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! FOUR units with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18.



A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals, added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.



Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just love love love this place! We had a Fantastic time! Love the Island, the house, the ocean.... We bought a couple little thing the house didn't have, but it was very well furnished and we totally enjoyed our stay! There was a resident seagull that I fell in love with! He was there hunting the canal everyday and I enjoyed watching him! With the pool and close beach access we couldn't ask for more! We hope to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay

My family had a great stay. The communication was excellent and the property was as described. The area is still in recovery from the hurricane a few years back, but this property is nice and neat and clean. Beach is a little walk but if you like privacy (not many on the beach) this is great. We would definitely stay again.

nice spot on Ft. Myers Beach

This was a great place to stay that is fully functional, even while the area is recovering. So nice to have the pool to relax. Everything was nicely kept and very clean!

Great stay in a town that still needs years to rebuild

The property and location were great, the walk to the beach a breeze. The busy work of construction and rebuilding was everywhere and made for loud days, but it was heartening to see them working to rebuild.

Week in Fort Meyer's

Very nice property! Enough room for a family of 5 mostly adults. Close to grocery store and CVS for all of your shopping needs on the island. Further away from downtown Ft. Meyers Beach but quick access to Bonita Springs. Beach just a short walk across the street! Would definitely stay again.

The perfect property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a clean, we'll taken care of, in the perfect location place to stay.... this is it. Close walk to a beautiful beach (sometimes we felt like we were the only ones there). If you're looking for a reason to go to a beach vacation but your husband just wants to stay home and fish, you can use this place as a bargaining tool. I Caught several fish from the dock on the canal including redfish, snook, ladyfish, sail cats, and mangrove snapper. All while my wife and teenage daughters lounged in the pool watching. It was perfect.There is still rebuilding efforts going on around the town and rental at no fault of anyone. No inconvenience at all really.

It would have been helpful if someone from TriPower would have been available by text or call so we could have fixed the door code issues on a more timely basis and without having to contact vrbo but ultimately everyone worked hard to get the issue resolved. Other than that, it was wonderful! The pool was very nice. We never heard noise from the other units. We took advantage of the gas grills available as well as the beach chairs. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being away from the crowds. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area.
