***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

Fun spot

Group of 8 celebrating a birthday. Great spot - back deck was wonderful! Quieter part of the lake but still easy to get to.

Beautiful property

Our group really enjoyed this beautiful home. There is plenty of room and it is well-appointed. The lights everywhere and integrated music was so fun! We will definitely be back again.

Great house located in a convenient area!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and nice. The entertainment was easy to navigate. The hot tub was great to have and it’s very close to the water which was nice. It got chilly at night so the fireplace was wonderful as well. Really don’t have any complaints! The house has most necessities you might forget so that was a huge plus. Thanks again and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Feels like home

My family enjoyed a weekend at this home. It was well stocked and room for everyone. The outside space was amazing. We fished, swam, rented a boat and just enjoyed being together. It does have a couple of steps leading from the driveway to the home so if you have issues with stairs just bring some great help to tackle those. Great location to shop and eat!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean. Lots of room for lots of people! Needed wood and they had it there in no time and we stopped up a toilet and they sent maintenance in less than an hour! Very vice house with the most awesome deck! So happy we rented this one and will do so again!

Property gets a 3 out of 5, needs updating, some lights not working, switches bad, rugs need replaced, bath towels were crappy. Outside furniture needs replaced, deck refinished, several tiles broken on patio. Yard in bad shape. Definitely not worth the money I paid!

Horrible hosts

Hot water heater problems and host refused to fix until 10 hours later. Clothes dryer problems the downstairs is extremely damp and humid because of the dryer not functioning properly. There were so many flies in the house when we arrived I felt disgusted. Back porch French door would not lock properly because the left door would not lock to top and bottom holes. Living room window would not lock and also a sign stating do not use because window is broken. So I guess a burglar will obey the sign and not open the window because you hope your family is secure. Beautiful setting for a home but don’t say you have not been warned!

Thomas, We greatly appreciate you choosing to stay with Overnight Digs. I want to address your issues as I was only aware of one of these during your stay. That one issue you reported was regarding the hot water. You called us at 11:34pm on your 3rd day of your reservation to inform us that the hot water was not working and that someone needed to come fix it because your kids needed to take baths at 11:34pm at night. I never “refused” to come fix the hot water. I did call our maintenance team in the middle of the night, but unfortunately they did not answer. We would absolutely dispatch someone in the middle of the night for any safety concerns or emergent issues, but hot water is far from an urgent matter. I told you that we would have someone there first thing the next morning and we did just that. Your hot water was fixed by 9am the following the morning. I messaged you to tell you this, but you did not acknowledge anything. We pride ourselves in our customer service and our reviews show this. You were very rude to us through messages and on the phone, and proceeded to ignore our checkout rules and were rude to our cleaners on your day of checkout even though we called and messaged informing you that we had guests checking in the same day and our cleaners needed to get in as ASAP. As for the window, it was discovered during our quality inspection that the window was slamming shut, so for our guests safety, we placed a sign on it. You never mentioned any other issues with the property. The only time we heard from you before the reservation, during, or after was in the middle of the night demanding that someone fix your hot water. I’m very sorry that you had a bad experience. We too had a bad experience. For that reason, we have flagged your account with VRBO and all of our platforms and issued a review of our own. We wish you all the best. Best, Your Digs Teams

Beautiful property with a stunning view of the lake!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect home for our immediate family and closest friends to come together the night before my micro wedding that was at a venue about 8 miles away. We didn't really have the time to take advantage of the hot tub or any lake activities; however, I relaxed on the deck area and took so many pictures. The views are simply beautiful. I also found the bed to be very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. I'd choose this property again and again!

We enjoyed it immensely. Proximity to golf and fishing, plus mini golf, made it a perfect place to enjoy each other's company for our reunion.

Fantastic Family Fun Trip!

This property is perfect for a BIG family who's ready to enjoy each others company and have a great time relaxing! We had Grandmothers, Adults (Parents), Teenagers and Two Little ones, and it was exactly what we needed. The view was amazing. We were up early mornings enjoying the cooler temps while drinking coffee either on the back porch/deck or down on the dock fishing. The sunset every night was directly in front of us. We were able to get some beautiful pictures. The property has everything you could need. We will keep this property on the TOP of our favorite list. We'll be back!

Beautiful home on lake

We were a group of 15 with ages ranging from 4yrs-80yrs and the house was perfect for all. The outdoor patio and deck is excellent place to hang out while soaking in the beautiful view. Only beware of the mosquitoes. The smart home features provided the extra fun element. Jassen was super helpful and even bought us 4 new blankets as the ones they had were small for the folks sleeping on the couch beds. Overall, excellent home and great host service.

We wanted a lake house for our family vacation and this did not disappoint! 3 levels of outside living spaces and a gorgeous outside porch! Loved every minute of it!

Perfect for large groups!

The space and location were great! We fit 19 people comfortably. We utilized every space and cooked meals for our large groups multiple times. There are a lot of stairs (steep flight indoors, but mostly to the hot tub and boat dock), so keep that in mind for your group. We would definitely stay again. I communicated a few recommendations to the owner, but he never acknowledged them so I'll drop them here. 1. Bath mat/rug for the downstairs bathroom. We used a towel. 2. Extra towels would be nice since the place sleeps 20. We did bring extra with us. 3. Check propane levels between guests. The one in the fire pit ran out quickly. 4. Sweep and treat for spiders! Sweep around the furniture and deck by the hot tub. Everything was covered in spiders and spider webs so we had to deal with them before using the furniture. Yes, I know it's outdoors but it was a LOT of webs and large spiders and the place was supposed to be cleaned the day we arrived. There were also spider webs near the ceiling LED lights indoors that need to be cleaned/dusted. Lastly, there were mushrooms growing up through a small corner in the main upstairs bathroom. I sent a pic to owner along with my recommendations. These are not major issues but

Super Bowl getaway

We had a great time at the smart lake house. The pics were spot on and the house was represented correctly. The kitchen was well stocked with the appropriate items and utensils.. The host responded promptly to our questions. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Perfect Girl's Getaway

This is an amazing house to stay at to just get away and relax. The owner, Jasen, was a tremendous help. Available for whatever we had questions on at any time. He took us out on his boat for the day instead of us renting a party barge. That was the best money spent as he knew where to take us and the rules of the lake that we would not have known. We were all able to have a good time too, as he was driving the boat. He gave us recommendations as to where to go for what we had plans and that was perfect as well. The house was very clean and very spacious. It does not look like it from the front (spacious that is) but we LOVED it. The bedrooms were spacious and separated for privacy for night time and winding down. The kitchen and living room area is all open so we could all have a good time and cut up together as well as the back patio area that was also super nice for us all to be together with plenty of room. We booked this house a good while back but it happened to fall on the aftermath of Hurricane Ida that hit our area hard. Some of us did not have power at the time we left (some still do not have it back) and this was a MUCH NEEDED get away for all of us from Ida's aftermath. We would all recommend this house to anyone needing to get away for some R&R.

Great Escape from Hurricane Ida Aftermath

Girls Trip 2021 We scheduled this trip a good while back and just happened to fall on Hurricane Ida's aftermath. We had a few in our group who still had no power from the storm and the rest had gotten in back the day or a few days before we left. I had been talking to Jasen, the homeowner about our situation in case we needed to reschedule. He was the most helpful owner we have had so far. The house was cool when we arrived and in immaculate condition. The first day we just relaxed and sucked up the AC and the quietness of the day with no generators running. Jasen also took us on his boat instead of trying to rent a party barge and not really know where to go. It was worth every penny and we had a great day. We will be back because of the hospitality, cleanliness of the home and the beautiful view of the water. Our Girls Trip that turned into a Hurricane Ida getaway was just what we needed and beyond our expectations!!!

Wonderful girls trip!

We had a fantastic time at this home spacious enough for our group to sleep comfortably & spend time all together! Indoor & outdoor Living area + multiple decks were perfect! We had a great time in the house & exploring nearby downtown hot springs! The speakers & lights made for the perfect Taylor Swift dance party situation!
