La literie comprend 1 lit king-size et 2 lits jumeaux. Il est situé directement sur la plage sur la côte nord préservée de Kauai. Et comme l’île elle-même, elle est débranchée du rythme effréné du monde extérieur. Après avoir traversé sept ponts à une voie, vous arriverez au complexe et vous immergerez immédiatement dans les environs. Il y a une cuisine complète complète et un mobilier contemporain, inspiré de l'île. L'unité n'a pas de télévision ni de téléphone et leurs sons sont remplacés par ceux d'un Hawaii plus simple. Ce sont les sons d'oiseaux qui chantent, les vagues qui caressent le rivage sablonneux et les arbres qui se balancent avec la brise de l'océan. Il y a une belle piscine sur place et un délicieux restaurant à côté avec un délicieux café.
Bien qu’un accès Internet Wi-Fi dédié soit installé dans la classe G-1, c’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre.

Perfect beachfront spot - really enjoyed being able to enjoy the ocean from our living room! Really allowed us to experience a more raw Hawaii. The condo was exactly as described and met all our expectations along with an excellent pool and hot tub for after sunset.

Relaxing Ocean Front Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this ocean front condo. It was a beautiful location just as described and pictured. If you are looking for quiet beauty steps away from the beach this property will not disappoint.

Place was great, check-in was a little difficult but probably my fault for not making sure I had the correct information (email) upon arrival. The front desk, while not directly responsible, was helpful in my shortfall. Awesome view, comfortable temporary living, and close enough to Hanalei Bay. One-Way bridges were kind of a pain but, I personally, would deal with it again to stay in paradise.

Enjoyed Secluded Beach-Front Condo

Spent a week enjoying this spacious, recently updated condo steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach on the north shore of Kauai. Communication with the rental co. was prompt & helpful, and the condo was clean, comfortable & well-equipped, including beach chairs and a cooler to borrow. Would love to come back again and highly recommend. perfect for a couple or parents w/1-2 children.

Quiet and Relaxing Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanalei Colony Resort G1. Great views of the ocean and mountains and so close to the beach you we were able to relax to the sound of the waves day and night. Whale watching from the deck was great! We will be back someday!

Perfect location!

This unit's location was exactly what I was hoping for and would recommend it to anyone wanting views and convenient beach access. The interior was ready for a remodel, but was comfortable, clean, and functional. (Who goes to Kauai to stay inside anyway?) We will definitely try to stay in this particular condo again!

Perfect Location, Walk Onto The Sand

A nice condo in our favorite location. Not a luxury condo but clean and comfortable. Property managers were helpful and available. Great snorkeling 200 yards down the beach to the west.

Beautiful Stay!

A Fantastic place to stay we would book again in a heartbeat. Other reviewers complained of it being dated which was true but everything was clean and everything worked. Honestly, if the manufacture date of the kitchen sink is your vacation focus, you need to do some soul searching! And what better place to do that than literally steps from the beach!

Amazing location. Everything was as advertised. Just wished the sliding glass doors would have been cleaned for our arrival and could use a table on the patio.

Super Relaxing

Most relaxing vacation we've experienced. Hardly anyone on the beach. The sound of ocean waves all day and night. Beautiful sunrises. Met all our needs. Property manager was fantastic. Sent us text messages to keep us notified of road work/delays in the area.

Colony is nice

It's not a high-end resort, but not low end either. Not as quiet as we'd like (husband and wife fighting next door, people above our unit stomping back and forth all hours of the night and day) but hey, we're in Kauai, right? Grateful to be here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has terrific views and is super well located for those wanting an end-of-the-road experience. The space is great, with partitions to create two 'bedrooms' with each one having its own bath.This beach is very windy, all the time, so plan on spending your beach time mostly somewhere else, and because of the beachfront location, many of the hardware items in the unit are a bit creaky and difficult to operate (the slide panels, folding door partitions, etc). Overall a terrific stay and place to stay.

On the Beach

There are problems with the sliding doors, screens of the main deck area,.... these have been a problem for a long time and the maintenance is not done as you can see alot of debris in the tracks. For the price the place should be immaculate. Even though you are on the ocean, windows that give you the view should have been cleaned for that daily price. Even a few times a week or the tools to do it yourself at least available. Dissapointed, that i s what you are there for the view. The chairs on the deck are the worst in the resort and not comfortable at all. straight back old wood chairs..... really.... for the price?

Carl, I just read this awful review you gave us. Very disappointed that you would leave a review like this without talking to us first. And it's so ironic that we have accommodated each and every one of your requests to change, cancel and rebook this unit, only to have the unit reviewed like this. The worst reality being that while you specifically "do not recommend this vacation rental", you've booked the unit again and again. Why? I don't understand the thought here. Jane F. Incredible location, decent condo

Location. Windows open, ocean putting us to sleep, and walking distance (on the beach) to so many great beaches for swimming or snorkeling, including Tunnels. Convenient restaurant on site and excellent coffee shop. Everyone is very friendly. Important to note that this is remote. It suited us perfectly, but if you are looking for more pools, poolside bar, other resort amenities that come with that word, you won't find them here. This particular condo is tired for sure; updates need to happen. Management was very receptive when we gave feedback, noting that updates are in the future plan. Hopefully soon! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels (including beach) and bedding. There were also excellent guidebooks about Hanalei and Kauai that were super helpful.
