East Park bénéficie de trois emplacements d'entrée / sortie pratiques dans / hors de la communauté au large de Narcoossee Road, sur Dowden et Moss Park Road. Cela permet aux navetteurs de sauter sur la 417 Greenway vers le centre-ville d'Orlando, le nord d'Orlando et le sud d'Orlando, ainsi que d'accéder à tous les restaurants et magasins de la région du lac Nona. La plupart des attractions sont à 20-25 minutes, y compris Disney World, Universal et les parcs aquatiques.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable. I felt like the host went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Being able to have our dogs with us was awesome, the walk ways were nice and easy to take the dogs in and out. The parking was fine as we had the driveway to park. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this house.

It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available.

Very pet friendly, clean and spacious. The only downfall was having a limit of one car in the driveway and no parking in front of the house. The neighborhood streets are very crowded with cars on both sides of the street making a tight squeeze when traveling to and from the property. The friendliness of host, ease of check in, cleanliness of the property, pet friendliness far outweighs the parking issue.

Vickie was a wonderful host. She is very quick to respond to messages and helpful if you need any help navigating the area. We had a fantastic time. Our dog absolutely enjoyed the fully fenced back yard. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured (no surprises there). We highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Everything we needed

We stayed only 2 nights and the yard was a huge plus. Our dogs were comfy in the home the entire weekend and we had a pleasurable stay. Thank you for having us.

Need more upfront information, found out upon arrival among the myriad of rules sheets around the property.Owner lives in a seperate section of the house.Lawn care comes on Saturday and are noisy.Can't swin in lakeOwner has a dog that barks on ocassionOnly can park 1 car in driveway, owner uses one side and for some reason you can't park in front of the property although someone does.Can't fry foods, if smoke alarm goes off 250 fine.Posting says queen bed but not queen size.Clothes dryer only work for about 15 mintues then has a filter error even if clean, have to restart it.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests: All house rules are provided clearly and placed on the kitchen counter for easy access. This property is listed as a duplex, as county regulations require the owner to reside on-site. Guests are informed of this both through VRBO and by text prior to arrival. Lawn service is scheduled weekly and, unless a guest requests otherwise, will take place as planned. In this case, the lawn company arrived at 10am, which we were able to confirm via our exterior cameras. For safety reasons, swimming in the lake is not permitted because alligators have been spotted in the area. Parking for one vehicle in the driveway is accurately listed on VRBO. Driveway parking only is required to ensure guest vehicles remain safe. This home is equipped with a sensitive fire alarm and sprinkler system for guest protection. Cooking is absolutely allowed, but heavy smoke can activate the alarm. Both beds in the home are standard queen-size mattresses, as listed. If any appliance issues arise, we encourage guests to notify us right away so we can promptly assist. The dryer is a Bosch model, and proper settings must be selected for best performance. We care deeply about maintaining our Superhost status and work hard to ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Clean and pet friendly

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and the house was in a great location, quiet and clean. The host lives on property and came over to introduce herself which was nice. The home was pet friendly and convenient for our two large dogs. Great home.
