Separate dune & ocean view master suite + 4 free (shared) parking spaces in back, free street parking, & good WIFI. Great place to work, play, or stay. Private fenced backyard to sit and enjoy sounds of wildlife & ocean waves or pick a lemon & grapes in season. Max 4 guests whether people or pets. No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on property, inside or out.

Short walk to beach, train, car & dune buggy rental, excellent restaurants, gift shops, laundromat, bakery, or wine tasting. Other beachgoers, trains, and businesses sometimes create noise early in the morning or late at night.

A block from the Amtrak Train Station, famous California Highway 1, & a mile from Coast Highway 101. The private Oceano Airport is two miles away, and San Luis Obispo Airport 12 miles. Enterprise Car Rental is a short two-block walk away. You can rent a beach buggy to ride in the dunes less than a block away. If you prefer to drive, ours is the only FREE beach parking and driving on the beach.

Everything was great. The room, the view and it had everything we needed.The host responded extremely quickly when we had a couple questions. We'll be staying here next time we're in town.

Quick trip to Grover Beach

Excellent top floor apartment! Super comfortable beds, great location. Only drawback is dorm fridge didn’t have a freezer portion and decided to defrost itself the first night. Otherwise excellent stay and would stay again! Thank you!

Great place, great location!

Easy check in. All the basic needs. Right next to Amtrak dropoff and beaches. Clean and quiet. I nice place for a reasonable rate.

Good location

This Vrbo is in a great location. The room was clean and parking was easy. My only complaint were the beds, they were very uncomfortable and old, so we did not get a good night sleep. Other than that, it was a cute place and easy to get to!

Great location

My mom and I loved the property. It is quiet and clean. It is also roomy and lots of natural sunlight and cold sea breeze. The backyard is relaxing hearing different birds chirping and flying all around you. It is about 5 minutes to Pismo and very close to the Monarch Butterfly Grove.

Exceeded expections

Great location near beach for exploring SLO area, dog friendly, roomy space for one or two. Nice loft like room with lovely decor, view, easy parking, quiet except for Amtrak stop close by at 6:30 am! Nice wake up call. Loved it overall. Stairs sturdy.

No one in Grover Beach is nearer to the beach. There is loads of free parking at my place, on the street, and at the beach itself PLUS you can drive on the beach!
