Fantastic Stay

Kevin was super accomodating, the property was honestly so nice, better than the listing even shows, in our opinion. So much space, area was really quiet, which we appreciated, and it was close to stores like the Publix, which was convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice Condo

Family with young children stayed in this cute comfortable condo for our wedding. The rental is convenient to a Publix and Walmart. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and allowed for a late arrival. Would rent again.

Wonderful Property

The condo was better than I expected. It was very spacious and accommodated my family of five comfortably. It was also conveniently near shops and restaurants that we frequent. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lakeland area.

Perfect spot in Lakeland

traveled from Atlanta to Lakeland for an engagement session and had an incredible stay! The location was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe all weekend. The privacy was a huge plus. No neighbors behind, just beautiful, unobstructed views. Kevin, the host, was fantastic. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Getaway Space

We loved this house! It had enough room for all of us to hang out but also separate if we needed to do so. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood. TVs in every room, a full stocked kitchen and laundry room, and great parking spaces. The host was extremely helpful and answered messages quickly and efficiently during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and Cool

Clean and accommodating. Quiet and cool. Friendly neighborhood. Host was responsive and attentive to detail. Family of four, there was room for everyone to have their own space. Convenient parking. Location is close to grocery and eating establishments. We had events in SW Lakeland and this location was convenient.

Great family visit

We really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect to have separate space for my daughter in second bedroom and my son in the loft. Enjoyed coffee out in the screened in lanai. We were close to our family for a wedding and would definitely stay again. Only decaf coffee in cupboard but Publix was 2 minutes away so was easy to pick up regular coffee and other groceries. Beds were comfy and condo was clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great stay.

Quiet Location to Stay

We found this place very quiet staying here. Sure one can hear sirens and trains now and then, but where in Lakeland area don’t you? These places seemed built nicely so you don’t hear the neighbors much at all. It really is too bad the golf course is gone. We did use the old cart paths for a walking trail.Property and more than adequate for just two of us. Location wise it is not far from Rt 60 which gets you East and West in the areas easily. There are golf courses which are within 20-30 minutes away providing options of where to play. Grocery shopping is right nearby at Publix and Aldis is opening in a new location at a former Winn Dixie. Plenty of good local places to eat at if you don't like cooking. Host provided some quality places. Mulberry Ice Cream Company was really good. Brusters ice cream is not a far drive. Mojos Federal is a great BBQ type place to eat at and if you like old cars a visit to Ford's Garage is a must.Palace Pizza has several locations but downtown Lakeland is impressive to visit. We went there when visiting the Lakeland Farmers market of Saturdays.Only downside to our stay was the weather for January 2025 wasn't great, which it wasn't for most of the USA. Glad the heat worked for sure at the unit. We actually got to see a frost one morning.The host is local and if you lack anything the response is quick. Much better than being managed by an office that only has certain hours. Thank you Kevin for allowing this location to be available to rent.
