Perfect for family visit.

Lovely and comfy place very close to my family so perfect when I visit. This is my second stay. The pool is a great addition.

The condo was nice. The only complaint I have there was 6 o’clock and only one had batteries which is minor, but the carpet could’ve stood a cleaning and it was upstairs, and I didn’t know that it was kinda hard for my husband, but other than that, it was nice and roomy.

Quiet and Nice

Well supplied condo with all the cooking utensils you could ask for. Quiet and restful too. The owner responded to all inquiries quickly. A nice place to stay for our needs which were birding at the Circle B and Spring baseball.

Great Experience

Great place centrally located to Lakeland and Winterhaven attractions. Rental was well equipped with everything in working order. Quick response by property manager to all of my questions. Quiet location.

I was in town for work stayed long term (months) Kevin (the property owner) was a very good host. Made sure we had everything we needed. Great guy! I Will definitely stay here again.

Its a nice property, quieter neighborhood. Im in the second bedroom and it is very spacious. Kitchen is nice. Bathrooms are spacious as well. Good water pressure and hot water. Cant go wrong staying at this property.

This was an ideal place for me. My daughter and family live in Mulberry and so I was only 5 minutes away. The property was comfortable and had every amenity…even pool toys for the local pool which was just a short walk away, which my grandchildren enjoyed. Lovely master bedroom suite, and two bathrooms came in very handy. Kevin was very attentive when we had a question. I will hope to return next time I visit the family.

This condo/apartment unit was clean and well appointed, plenty of space and a compact, functional kitched. The full size washer/dryer were very appreciated.It's an older space, and while that was visible in the carpet/countertops etc, the real impact of that was that the AC couldn't fully keep up. To be fair, the host was straightforward and helpful about this.The front room in particular got very warm, with the floor feeling notably hot. Is it possible the downstairs condo has no AC and no insulation between floors?In any case, at any time of the year outside of 95-100 degree days, this place is going to be excellent -- clean and comfortable and functional.

Very cozy and comfortable unit in a great location for our needs. Publix just around the corner for grocery needs and a great Italian deli/bakery just minutes away. Pool very close to unit was great - had it all to ourselves on weekdays. Prices and minimum stay were increased during our time frame due to the airshow happening that week but compared to the increases charged by local hotels it was completely understandable. Owner was extremely accommodating on allowing us an early check in when we made better travel time than anticipated. Would definitely rent here again when visiting the area.
