Venez séjourner au Beach House Bailey sur Lime Lake, nous serions ravis de vous avoir! Tirez à droite dans le garage attenant et obtenir vos vacances a commencé! Profitez de belles vues sur le lac ou feuillage d'automne de la vaste terrasse juste à cÎté de la salle familiale, une chaude nuit par le foyer au bois, le ski à Vallée de vacances ou Holimont, shopping et manger dans les festivals à proximité, jouer un tour à l'un des nombreux golf à proximité cours, ou tout simplement obtenir loin de passer du temps avec les amis et la famille!

RĂ©veillez-vous au lever du soleil sans quitter votre lit Ă  travers les portes coulissantes dans la chambre principale. Sortez sur le pont pour regarder les couchers de soleil tout en dĂ©gustant un verre de vin avec des amis, aller Ă  la pĂȘche sur glace ou le patinage sur le lac en hiver, ou prendre un bain dans l'Ă©tĂ©! Les possibilitĂ©s sont vraiment infinies.

Notre grand chalet au bord du lac a beaucoup d'espace et de commodités. Lorsque vous avez terminé de profiter des activités du lac ou à proximité, se détendre par le foyer, un barbecue sur le gril, lu par le feu, prendre dans un film sur le téléviseur HD, ou passer du temps en famille à jouer un jeu de plateau ou de faire une puzzle!

A PROPOS DE NOTRE SITUATION:
Beach House Bailey est situĂ© sur Lime Lake (en Delevan, New York). Nous sommes une heure au sud de Buffalo, NY et Ă  quelques 15-20 minutes en voiture panoramique Ă  Ellicottville, État de New York (Valley vacances - Aspen de l'Est), 40 minutes Ă  Allegany State Park, et Ă  40 minutes du Casino Salamanca, moins d'une heure Ă  Letchworth State Park, et un 1 & 2/1 Ă  Niagara Falls.

Un autre avantage de notre chalet est que l'entrée est au niveau de la route. Ceci permet d'obtenir une vue fantastique sur le lac, mais rend également trÚs accessible pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas ou préfÚrent ne pas marcher dans des dizaines d'étapes pour arriver à la maison.

ÉQUIPEMENTS:
Cheminée, quai avec treuil de bateau, barbecue, foyer, garage attenant, salle de loisirs avec débrayage jusqu'à l'eau, TV HD, lecteur Blu Ray DVD, Internet sans fil, large promenade sur le pont à bois. En été, nous avons aussi une plate-forme de bain, un pédalo et un kayak pour une utilisation par les locataires (apportez vos propres gilets de sauvetage s'il vous plaßt). S'il vous plaßt noter qu'il n'y a pas une plage de sable sur notre propriété, mais vous pouvez marcher droit dans l'eau ou entrer à partir du quai.

Very smooth rental. You might find another rental on lime lake from another vacation rental site. This one is better. More roomy, in better shape, expansive outdoor space, even a little floating dock you can swim out to. Probably, the best place to stay for miles.

Better than advertised!

From kayaking, fishing, and swimming to playing games on the patio with the stunning view, everyone had an amazing time. There was even a boat parade! The house is equipped with everything and the family decided this is an annual event.

Wonderful

Property Manager is super accommodating and very communicative. The house was a perfect location for us to fish, kayak, and explore the surrounding area. Wish we had more time so we could stay longer!

Favorite week of the year

A week at the lake is our favorite trip of the year. We love renting this house year after year. It has plenty of space for everyone, kayaks, nice fire pit area, and other amenities. The owner Brian, is easy to get a hold of and he notified me before our trip that the futon was broken which I appreciate. This is a perfect house on the lake for a relaxing vacation.

Great affordable family vacation spot or getaway

The place was great. The view and being right there on the lake can’t be beat. The house was clean. The owner was quick to respond. We are a family of 4 with a 13 and 17 year old. We had fun doing kayaking, paddle boating, and swimming in lake. The area is beautiful and everyone we met were friendly.

Weekend getaway

We had a nice time at the lake. Bonus with the kayaks and paddle boat. Fishing off the dock was perfect for the grandkids. House is stocked with all the essentials. The fire pit had plenty of wood for campfires. There’s a lot of stairs! Downstairs bathroom and bedroom are tiny, but manageable.

Pictures don't do it justice!

This place is absolutely amazing! We came to New York for work during some really cold times. This house was perfect to come home to from an extremely cold day outside working. So cozy, comfy and warm. Even got to view some folks out on the lake ice fishing. Brian has been so helpful with information on all the local places to eat, shop and things to do. Very responsive whenever we do have questions. Will definitely stay again but hopefully it will be for fun and not work.

Great area at a great rate

The home is perfect for a stay at a very nice lake. Especially, if you are a water lover. There is also a lot to do in winter if you enjoy snow. The neighbors are very friendly. My family used the property for a family get together for a Canadian Thanksgiving in October. Everything went well. There was plenty of room for our family. The property manager was friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Couldn't ask for anything more

We just love this place. Some upgrades (propane grill, new docks, additional kayaks, etc) since our last visit have made our stay that much better. Clean and spacious and all the comforts of home. Can't wait to return.

Amazing View

My family including our 9 year old grandson had a great time. This was our second stay at this property. Cottage was well equipped clean and spacious. My grandson had a blast fishing and swimming off the dock. We all had fun kayaking and using pedal boat. Hope to return next summer.

Perfect family vacation!

Great family get away

The house and location was perfect. House was clean and Brian was very helpful when needed. Views from the upper porch was amazing. My family enjoyed the swimming, kayaking and s’more making by the fire. It was the perfect little get away.

Lime Lake visit

Host Brian was very responsive. We had a few questions re the TV and he texted back to us almost immediately. There is no AC as listed and we knew it going in. One day was a little warm but the fan was helpful. Used the grill several times: worked fine. Kitchen was well supplied..very important to us as we did a lot of cooking. Dishwasher super easy to use. Downstairs bathroom a little tight but I used it with no problem. Stairs to the water are steep so we took our time :no problem. Brian was very up front re stairs to the water before we rented and we appreciate his honesty. and yes, we did catch a fish from the dock. Living room furniture comfy and user friendly meaning we did not feel like we were in a "do not touch" type of rental (and we've had a few of those to know what we're talking about. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at Lime Lake. It was exactly what we wanted and was very accurately described. Thank you to host Brian.

This was a beautiful house overlooking the lake. Very clean, and great communication from the owner. Check-in was as easy as could be. Lots of places to sleep, stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the foosball table too!

Great stay at the lake

Amazing view

The house was very spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything you would need including firewood. The deck overlooking the lake was large and gated, perfect for small children. Enjoyed the use of the kayaks and pedal boat. Would stay again next summer.

If only there were working air conditioners

I contacted the host/owner prior to ensure there were sufficient working window A/C's and was assured there were. Unfortunately, the A/C's blew tepid air. We were never comfortable.

Great place!

Great place to stay! Clean, well stocked with necessities and a few extras. Easy to book, check in. Loved the kayaks, fire pit, location. My family had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I grew up and still live in nearby Rochester, NY. We are avid travelers who love new experiences and meeting new people. We both have fond childhood memories of spending time at family cottages. We knew since we were first married that we shared the same dream of owning our own cottage and creating those same memories for our family and friends. When we found Lime Lake we knew it was the perfect spot for us. Now that we have started our own family, we have never been happier to have this cottage on Lime Lake. It has been a dream come true for us and we look forward to sharing that with you and your family.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We first found Lime Lake on a ski trip with friends. We were struck by how beautiful the lake and the surrounding areas were and how accessible it was from so many fun and exciting places. After our weekend trip we immediately knew we would be looking for a cottage on Lime Lake and 8 months later, we found the one!
We have now seen the lake in all seasons, and it always has something to offer. It is a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. It is large enough to use power boats but small enough to freeze over for skating and ice fishing! There are enough activities so close by but it is quiet enough to relax. We love this cottage and this lake. This is how we feel about this cottage and we hope you do too.
What we didn’t know when we bought the house was the best part of all; the people of Lime Lake. Within hours of our arrival we were greeted warmly by our neighbors. Every person we have met has been genuine and kind. They are fun and honest people who have always offered to help as we continue our adventure of cottage ownership.
