Entering the quiet lakeshore Savanna Park residential community in Saint Cloud, FL serves a welcome all of its own. Our pool home is privately owned and professionally managed. Our comfortable and relaxing home will add to the enjoyment of your vacation from start to finish.

Visitors come to Florida from all over the world for the sunshine and recreation year-round. Whether your interest is the numerous theme parks, boating/fishing on the lake or just relaxing pool time for a much needed getaway, this is the home base for your vacation. “The Cloud”, as we call it, is situated away from the Orlando traffic in a quaint community. Downtown St Cloud offers a variety of restaurants, family dining to nightlife bars/pubs. Lakefront dining at Crabby Bills is always a favorite (nightly music adds to the experience). Driving West along Lakeshore Blvd takes you just one mile and half miles from the entrance to the Florida Turnpike, with quick access to Disney, Universal and Sea World Theme parks. The town hosts numerous festivals and lake events (Extreme Bass series, National Boat Races, 4th July). Everyone on the vacation will enjoy what they fancy.

Our pool home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The Master Suite, located on the main floor, has a comfy queen size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features granite countertop, double sink and shower. The bathroom window looks out to the tranquil pool setting. The upstairs, second bedroom has a queen size bed that visitors always rave about. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, overlooking the backyard pool setting, in the comfy chair in the room. The room encompasses a private walk-in closet and vanity. The third bedroom with similar features offers 2 twin beds and TV. The 2 rooms share the Jack and Jill toilet and shower. The main floor is an open floor plan connecting the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Perfect for all in the vacation party to visit and relax. The 65 in smart TV (preloaded with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu) offers the full entertainment experience. For those visiting in the winter, a warm fire in the fireplace adds to the ambiance (firewood available). The kitchen features granite countertops and farm sink. It is fully equipped with microwave/conv oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer w/ filtered water dispenser, H.E. washing machine and tumble dryer.

Inside was just the beginning. Outside is “icing on the cake”. Traveling in a RV or trailing a boat? Parking for up to 40 ft, is a space equipped with 50-amp service. This perfect for the snow-bird looking for a break from RV living or the lake vacation with your jet skis or bass boat. Parking is available for 4+ cars. (garage will be made available for stays 4 weeks or longer). The backyard takes you to the gem of the property. Lined in the back, the mature oak trees and other vegetation offer the privacy desired for the complete vacation experience. The large backyard gives the “furry-friends” space to run and play with a fully fenced, secure yard. The pool is perfect for all water activities (6 feet deep in the middle). The large wading step is perfect for the “little waders” and the supervising adults. An open umbrella adds the shape for an all day pool experience. Some lounging floaties are available. The Lanai…is the amazing morning, afternoon and evening experience. Mornings offer the perfect coffee experience facing out to the pool/backyard with the running pool fountain jets. Truly relaxing. In the afternoon, shade from the midday sun gives the opportunity for an in and out of the pool experience. Then in the evening, enjoy dinner outside with the sun setting and the cool breeze over a BBQ prepared dinner. Finish the night with a bon fire making s’mores. (firewood available).

The home is approximately 30 min to Disney and Universal Studios and within reach of well known restaurants including Miller’s Ale House, Outback, First Watch, Zaxby’s. Locally owned, not to be missed, The Cup and Gastropub (breakfast/brunch) Phyre, Granny’s Southern Smoke House, La Bella Napoli and Cobblestone Courtyard. For the golf enthusiasts, there is Golf Links at Royal St. Cloud (36 hole track) and Harmony Preserve.

Guest with young children should note that a kid’s playground (featuring slides, water fountains, picnic tables) give the opportunity for all that energy to be spent. There is a 2+ mile paved path (perfect for biking/walking) along the lakefront. Looking for a beach experience? A beautiful lake beach on East Lake Toho offers plenty of sand with volleyball courts and picnic tables.

Our pool home is rented on a self-catering basis. As such, guests are responsible for providing their own meals, personal hygiene items and cleaning products. We know that everyone has their favorite brands, so we simply provide a small complimentary supply of basic items such as hand soap and toilet paper to get you started.
