15 mn de Disney - villa vue lac -piscine privée dans un joli "resort" gardé

Spacieuse villa, 5 chambres avec piscine privée (chauffage en option) ensoleillée du matin au coucher du soleil, au bord du lac Berkley dans un joli et très bien entretenu lotissement gardé 24 heures sur 24 à Kissimmee, près d'Orlando.
La villa se situe à 15 minutes de Disney et des principales attractions d'Orlando ainsi que des larges centres commerciaux dont Walmart à 1 km.
Cette villa dotée de hauts plafonds, possède 5 grandes chambres dont une avec sa salle de bain, d'une deuxième salle de bain et d'une salle de douche, toutes ont un WC, d'une buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge.
La très jolie piscine privée, refaite en mars 2020, est entièrement protégée contre les moustiques par une moustiquaire. Elle possède deux jets puissants pour les massages ou pour la nage à contre courant. La terrasse, orientée ouest, dont une partie est couverte, est spacieuse et meublée de toutes les chaises longues et tables et chaises nécessaires.
La villa est entièrement équipée en linge de maison, vaisselle et appareils ménagers pour fournir un maximum de confort.
Le lotissement appelé "Resort" aux USA est magnifiquement entretenu. Au Clubhouse, vous trouverez une salle communautaire, une piscine commune chauffée et des jeux d'eau pour les enfants.
Le lotissement possède un tennis et un terrain de basket.
Autour du deuxième lac du lotissement, un terrain de volleyball, des jeux et glissades pour enfants, un quai pour pêcher ont été aménagés. Le lotissement gardé, 24 heures sur 24, est calme en pleine nature où vous pourrez voir les oiseaux magnifiques, des tortues et des poissons évoluer dans leur habitat naturel.
Les amateurs de pêche seront ravis de pouvoir tranquillement pêcher juste devant la villa.
Pour ceux qui préfèrent se balader, ils seront comblés par ces promenades au bord du lac surtout au coucher du soleil.

This is a beautiful home, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The owners are very responsive and helpful, with directions for use of tv, lights and ceiling fans, and HOA rules. The pool was wonderful and family members enjoyed fishing in the lake by the house. Close to Disney and all the activities, but a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing get-away.

Another lovely and peaceful stay! Second time staying here and everything was as perfect as the first time. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Lake Berkley home. As regular visitors the most important things have always been how clean the property is - and this house was perfect on that front - and the ease of being able to enjoy your holiday from the moment you walk through the door. The communication from the owners and information they shared was of the highest level. Five stars across the board apart from a four star rating for the pool as some of the pool furniture really needs an upgrade and is not very comfortable (the pool itself was great). Everything else excellent and Lake Berkley is a lovely, clean resort in a great position that we have been using for almost twenty years. Thank you for helping us have another enjoyable Florida holiday.

Our stay at this amazing property was amazing. Everything has been perfect from the part we booked the house. Nice centralized location

Good location for visiting Disney, Legoland, Old Town. Lots of rules in the house and resort area. House and pool worked well for our kids/grandkids. Could use some updating and with it geared for kids I would recommend changing out some of the glass tables and such. Owners very responsive with questions/needs.

The best family house in orlando

Family holiday from the the UK....Words cant express how great this property is, from start to finish Catherine and Jean-Daniel were perfect in communication and help, the house is superb, well kept and has everything you would need for the stay there, a beautiful gated community and its location is perfect with plenty of shops in the local area, i cannot fault this property one bit and would highly recommend this house to any family visiting orlando, Catherine and Jean-Daniel make you feel like you are part of their family throughout your stay.Without a doubt we would love to return to this wonderful house on our next vist.Thank you Catherine and Jean-Daniel

Thanks for a great vacation.

We requested a early check in time and also to add a additional person and received a very quick response. The home was as advertised and we especially enjoyed spending evenings by the pool.

beautiful and great place

this place is an excellent place I have never seen, it is beautiful and clean. Moreover, it is comfortable, we spend about 22 night in it, we really enjoyed our staying there. thank very much for the owners and thank for Vrpo

We are still in the business working on a remote basis mainly from Europe and Canada. Thanks to this, we are very lucky to be able to spend 3 months in Florida in wintertime in our very nice villa that we just bought in March 2020.

After having spent several weeks during many years in Lake Berkley Resort, we decided to buy in March 2020 a house for our retirement and for the pleasure of our Children and grand-children

Après avoir passé plusieurs semaines pendant quelques années en location au Lake Berkley, nous avons, en mars 2020, décidé d'acheter notre villa pour passer les hivers et certainement y passer notre retraite. C'est aussi un grand plaisir pour nos enfants et petits-enfants qui apprécient beaucoup le coin.

Our screened pool which protects from all bugs, the fantastic view on this nice lake where wild birds and turtles are coming each day, the cleaned and very well entertained lawns and streets, the safety of the 24 hours gated resort, the friendly clubhouse.

Nous avons été séduits par

la vue magnifique sur le lac où oiseaux, tortues et poissons évoluent dans leur milieur naturel,
la propreté des pelouses et des rues,
la sécurité d'un garde 24 heures par jour,
