Our properties are all located right in Downtown Estes Park! This includes our private parking lot just for our guests and you are able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. We are just a 15 minute walk to the famous Stanley Hotel, 30 minute walk to the Estes Park Events Center and Fairgrounds, 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk, and about a 10 minute walk to Lake Estes. Estes Park is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and our property is just a 10 minute drive to the park entrance.

Be sure to visit our on site restaurant and bar. Sit back and enjoy a meal on the 2200 square foot rooftop patio with incredible mountain views. Guests to the restaurant do walk through the courtyard and common areas to get to the restaurant. You will experience a certain noise level during their business hours. They close at 8pm on weekdays and close at 10pm on weekends. We have a quiet time policy that starts at 10pm to ensure our guests that we are accommodating enjoy their stay and get well rested.

Great Location

Overall great location close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. The space was perfect for what we needed and would return again for a stay in the future.

Four days here, loved the outdoor patio for morning coffee and afternoon naps. Able to walk downtown, to the lake and not mess with finding parking, traffic, etc. It was perfect for our stay.

The space was in a very central location in Estes Park and was walkable to so many places/things. It was clean with a well-designed layout to maximize the smaller space. I never noticed any outside noise despite being close to the heart of the town. The view from the balcony was really lovely, and it was nice to have comfortable rocking Adirondack chairs our there. The host was very communicative and available. I would absolutely recommend this space to my friends and family, and I will be staying here again the next time I'm in Estes Park. My only comments of consideration would be that one, I was slightly confused about where to park and enter upon arrival, despite reading all the communication from the host; and two, it got pretty bright early in the morning in the main living space which serves as the bedroom. I always wear a sleep mask, so this didn't necessarily bother me, but if you're used to a darker bedroom, this will feel really light very early. I am excited to stay here again when the rooftop restaurant is back open!

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was everything we hoped for! The condo was modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The balcony views were incredible, especially at night, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being right in downtown Estes meant we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions without ever needing to drive. Compared to many of the pricey cabins in the area, this place offered amazing value and a WAY more modern feel. If you’re looking for a stylish, convenient stay in the heart of Estes, this is the place to be!
