Such a gorgeous drive up a beautiful mountainside, gorgeous views!! The property was pristine and beautiful!!! It has a very modern vibe and the water pressure is wonderful!!! The location was perfect for visits to Dollywood, and Gatlinburg as well as Smokey Mountain tours!!! We truly home to return!!

Perfect TN Cabin In Great Location

Our Christmas vacation was absolutely perfect! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location. Phoebe's communication was immediate and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this property for any and everyone coming to visit the TN mountains.

Beautiful Cabin Great Location!

Went to Gatlinburg to enjoy all the area has to offer. Chose the property because it looked so nice and turns out it was indeed. Clean, well stocked and in a great area. Location was just minutes off the main hwy between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend this property!

Truly enjoyed our week long stay. The property is conveniently located and was very clean. First time to the area

Loved the upper deck. Saw a couple bears our first night then saw another on our last. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed our time here.

Cool place

We had a great time during our stay in the smokies. Location was right in between Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Everything was great with the rental, except for some cleanliness issues. However, spoke with owner and they sent cleaners the following morning, which we appreciated. Still expected a little higher quality of cleanliness, and attention to detail, but at least the owner was apologetic.

A wonderful home.

We had an enjoyable stay there for eight days. The house is very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard and the video games in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. And a great coffee maker. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. There are lots of chairs and loungers on the deck We definitely had an enjoyable stay and hope to stay there again someday soon.

Great family cabin in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new cabin! Host thought of family in a relaxing quiet area away from nearby Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Easy access to whitewater rafting and hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Came back to the cabin to relax, play games and watch movies. Working old time popcorn machine was a plus! Appreciate the decor and amenities that were provided. Will recommend to family and friends!

They thought of everything!!

This house has it all! Quiet, close to everything including a dog park for our 2 fur babies. I mean it even had coffee, hot tea and all the things that you need to go with it. 😊 Phoebe had amazing communication with us the entire time in case we needed anything. They honestly thought of everything for your stay. We would love to come back the next time we are here!!♄

we had a wonderful time but some things wish the place would have had different

some things were great but others not so great. we had our dog with us. too many steps. we love to have her with us at all times while in cabin but no tv in den area upstairs, only in bedroom. the main tv was down 2 flights of stairs. did not like that, it's March and the christmas tree was still up and stockings and kitchen counter was decorated for Christmas. that was weird. no fireplace. absolutely loved the beautiful windows upstairs and loved the 2 decks and where hot tub was. loved the bathroom faucets and shower. just hated the steps and big tv downstairs

Excellent property!

You can smell the "new construction", loved it. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking any type of meal needed. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is by far the best stocked house we have ever rented. There is nothing negative to say about the property. Even had construction going on next door for a new property and it never disturbed us. Property manager was fantastic in responding to all our questions regarding the property in a very timely manner (some of the furnishings of the property was right up our wheelhouse and we wanted to know where some items were purchased so we can buy them for our home). You will not be disappointed renting this property!

Honeymoon in the woods

We came to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and have an actual honeymoon that we never had before. We wanted a peaceful getaway near all the hiking of gatlinburg and the perks of pigeon forge and this place met all our wants. It’s nearly right between the 2. My favorite things about the cabin were the hammock swings and the hot tub. It was so nice to have the ability to loosen up after a long hike by getting in the hot tub and then enjoy nature on the double hammock swings. What I have noticed it that you can’t get much more secluded than this cabin in this area because there aren’t areas that are less occupied because everyone wants to come to this area. So if you’re like we were searching for the most secluded property, you will find there are neighboring cabins, but for the most part they really not invasive. You have the ability to feel alone when on the top balcony. The bottom balcony where the hot tub is does have a cabin across the roadway that only impacted us when the motion lights were triggered, but there are trees keeping you more private. We have no regrets coming to this cabin. One thing we were also wondering was since this cabin is pet friendly, would there be evidence of animals in the cabin (we don’t have animals) and we couldn’t see or smell anything from previous guests. If we come back to the area I would book this cabin again!

I've rented several cabins over the years, but Phoebe's attention to detail and her ability to create a comfortable, serene getaway is unmatched. Phoebe has a natural or perhaps finely tuned talent for hospitality, making the cabin not just a place to stay but a true home away from home. Every detail had been considered - from the kitchen being fully stocked with all the necessities like pots, pans, and a coffee maker, to thoughtful additions were unexpected, such as coffee, paper products, and even soap and shampoo. Her care and attention to detail shines through in every aspect of the experience. The cabin itself was spotless upon arrival, showcasing a space that felt both comforting and modern, with a design that seemed professionally crafted. It was the ideal setting for my husband and I to spend a week reconnecting, offering the perfect balance of luxury and the rustic charm you seek in a mountain getaway. Not only was the cabin an absolute haven, but Phoebe's proactive and detailed approach to ensuring our stay was memorable sets her apart as a host. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the beauty of the mountains while enjoying the comforts of a meticulously cared-for home.
