Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Floride. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur l'une des plus belles plages de la Floride centrale. Cette 3ème étage, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement offre une vue sur les palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux turquoises du Golfe du Mexique. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil spectaculaire. Ce condo est 1300 sq. Ft., Non recouvert de moquette, et est sur le 3ème étage. Il a un roi, deux jumeaux, dormeur. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée (tous les appareils), véranda. Il a les planchers de tuiles, comptoirs en granit et est très bien entretenu. Il dispose de 3 téléviseurs, DVD et connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité! Ce complexe dispose de 2 cabines de plage, chaises de plage, cour avec jeu de palets. Il ya une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Il ya aussi une grande piscine chauffée. L'unité dispose de chauffage central et a / c. Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants et activités dans la région. Busch Gardens / Adventure Island est à une heure et Disney / Epcot est de 2 1/2 heures de route. Great Location But Still Recovering

Reviewer Comments: The property is older and a mix of multi-level condo buildings and single level standalone villas that were all impacted by the hurricanes last year. It appears all the villas are still being worked on. You pass the villas coming onto the property and during the weekdays there are a mix of construction/trade vehicles and large dumpsters. Some of the windows on the condos are boarded up still.The unit we were in was spacious and had all the kitchen items we needed. Plenty of couch space to sit and table space to eat. Nice sized bathrooms with big showers. The unit was fairly clean when we arrived, but the countertops and floors were "gritty" and should have been cleaner IMO. Overall the place needed a good deep cleaning. Most of the screens on the patio were missing and the windows were showing their age... hard to open and some damage on the hardware and shades.The unit could use a good refresh throughout. Access to the beach was great and the availability of chair/tent/cabana service was easy to use. The pool was very nice and big but at the opposite end of the property from the beach and along the main road (Midnight Pass). The trolley has stops right by the main entrance.Distance to both Siesta Key Village and grocery/Target/off island food options was short. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and easy beach access were the main positives. You can tell they are trying to put things back together after the storms last year. Would stay here again if conditions continue to improve.

We've been coming here for about 20 years. Island House is a wonderful vacation experience, especially 13 North. It's our favorite. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and very conveniently located to the beach. Island House is also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We can't wait to return.
