Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key, Crescent Beach, unité Rez de chaussée! Cette unité est située au Island House Beach Resort sur ensoleillée Siesta Key. Il est 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 1300 squart pieds. King, 2 lits jumeaux, canapé. Il a une grande salle de séjour, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, salle à manger, véranda avec une belle vue sur les eaux bleues du golfe du Mexique. L'unité dispose de 3 téléviseurs, DVD, magnétoscope, buanderie. Chauffage central et la climatisation, pas de tapis. Wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité!Il est un roi, plein, futon. Le complexe magnifiquement entretenu est situé sur teh partie la plus large de l'une des meilleures plages de Floride. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Le complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage. Il ya une grande piscine chauffée et salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Faites vos valises et marcher dans une expérience de vacances de plage mémorable.

beautiful!

clean, quiet, good view, you can hear the waves! Would prefer to have more supplies on hand, prefer full over twin size beds, but had a wonderful stay

Staycation Siesta Key

Overall experience was positive. Would stay again. There were some issues with the rental but the manager was very responsive and they made sure to prioritize our overall satisfaction when it mattered most The view is amazing and the condo is larger than I expected. A good spot to relax on Siesta Key

Perfect Location

We loved our stay. The location of the Island House is absolutely perfect. This unit is great for a family with young children. It was easy for all to access the beach or the pool. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys. The only reason we didn't give it five stars is because the previous tenant had put away dirty plates and utensils. We cannot blame the cleaning staff as they shouldn't be expected to go through each and every drawer and cabinet. We also want to thank the staff in the on site office. We left behind two blankets of great sentimental value but didn't realize until we arrived home days later. After calling the office John contacted the cleaning lady that took care of our unit upon checkout and she had them. They were shipped to us! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one. (4 adults and 2 young children)

Reviewer Comments: Negatives upon arrival: dirty floors, dirty dishes in cabinet, overall strange smell, smell in master bedroom, worse smell in master bath, live cockroach in kitchen, bath tub in guest bathroom drained slowly. I kept the window open in the bathroom most of the time due to the smell.Positives: Close proximity to the beach, view.This unit still needs maintenance.

Old appliance and cutlery so cooking was difficult. Broken sink in the master. Dryer stopped working on the third of eight days.

Siesta Key is beautiful. The property, well maintained!! However, the unit was not cleaned well upon arrival and property manager not customer service friendly when we needed to addressed an issue with palmetto bugs.

Thank youthe comments and glad you enjoyed. You reported the palmetto bug which we do get as we are in a sub tropical climate and immediately called the exterminator out here to spray for you. I really don't know what else you expected us to do as it is very common here. We strive to do our best and sorry you felt that way.

Another week in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to Siesta Key annually now for over 10 years. This is our 3rd year staying at Island House. Each year the unit has always been very clean and some upgrades here and there. Unfortunately this year we had an incident with a sliding door completely falling on us. The management was very quick to act and had someone come and fix the issue again. This door has been a hazard for three years now. Other than that incident we have had great stays in Island House. The property is kept very nice. Walk to the beach is short. BBQs for guest use is great as well.

Feedback would be for beds to be replaced in both rooms and bigger tv in master bedroom. Sofa bed also really wasn’t usable, maybe making an air bed available instead better.

Wrapped in plastic below sheets and creaking noises were not tolerable. Complex does not allow chairs within 50 yds of water...which I have never seen anywhere on Earth?!?!? Fix that and I def reco staying here :))

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED!

LOVED the decor in this condo! Definitely not your typical beach rental; it felt as if you were a guest in someone home. Absolutely lovely. In addition to the decor everything in the unit was updated: bathrooms, kitchen appliances, kitchenware, and TV's. The only problem we had were with keys to the multiple doors! The sliding glass door was very difficult to lock and we were never able to get the outside door to the Florida room to lock. Yes, we should have called maintenance but we were always on the move so we just didn't have time. Also, the unit is on the ground floor right along the walkway to the beach. You can see directly into the unit, especially at night. There are vertical blinds on the large glass doors however you can see through them. This did feel a little creepy to us at night. In spite of these two minor things, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Please note: the management of the complex is very particular about the placement of their free beach chairs - do not go past the signs on the beach! They will come and ask you (nicely) to move back. If you like to sit close to the water, I'd suggest renting beach chairs from the local rental store about a mile away which we ended up doing.
