The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined to form a king bed. You won't need to worry about packing cumbersome beach gear as we've got you covered with all the essentials, including beach towels, linens, chairs, and even an umbrella!

The fully equipped kitchen provides an ideal setting for preparing family meals or romantic dinners, while the screened lanai offers a picturesque location to enjoy your meal with breathtaking ocean views. Pretty much a perfect stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for something on the beach, not overly priced, but still close to my family who lives in the city of Sarasota. We came across this property. It was perfect, perfect location, perfect view and perfect price! The only thing we would have changed about the apartment was that there was glass tables, and all the main areas. We have a toddler, all of visitors all had toddlers, and it made all parents have anxiety while they were playing around. The outside area where you could open to have the screens was amazing. Our was off track, but we were still able to use half of it! We do believe that there is mold in the air vents because all of us got sick while staying there but once we got home, we were fine. We do believe that it’s just because when you open the outside doors to let air in the AC is on it creates condensation in the vents. I do not believe that there is mold anywhere else in that house. It was very clean. We would definitely stay on this property again probably just in another apartment more kid friendly!

Very clean. Easy Beach access across the street. Bathrooms very clean. On site laundry and parking. Nice for family of 4. 1 mile walk to village shops and restaurants. Close to other beaches and water sport activities. Only negative was that master bedroom needs an updated mattress.

Directly across the street from the nicest beach I’ve ever been to and I have been to many. This was a hassle free experience for my kids and me. Continue down the road a little less than a mile and you have all the eating and shopping you need.

So clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo. It was spotless which was wonderful. Beautiful view and so close to the beach. The people in the office were so friendly and helpful. Twin beds were very comfortable but need a new king bed. It was sloped down on either side of the bed and loudly creaked when moving around at night and also when getting in and out of it. Also, the beach equipment wasn't in great shape but served its purpose. My only other wish would've been for some staples to be included: salt & pepper, fresh bathroom towels when needed but all the other kitchenware was perfect.

Perfect location across the street from Siesta Key beach. The unit comes stocked with everything you need. The pool was delightful. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.
