The Zone is a newly renovated second floor apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus. It is so close you can see Kyle Field from the sidewalk out front. Sleeping arrangements include the most comfortable King bed and a twin-size murphy bed. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more convenient location in the center of everything Bryan/College Station.

Perfect for Parents Weekend

Parent’s weekend couldn’t be more perfect. Property was clean and thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. Location was ideal; close to campus and local attractions. Host was accommodating and made sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area for any College Station experience.

Perfect spot close to campus

We love staying in this apartment when we visit our daughter at Texas A&M. It has everything we need, is convenient, clean, and a great price for the area. Highly recommend. And the food down bed is great for an extra guest too.

Great location

My husband and I came for an A&M game and the location of this apartment was great. We could easily walk to Kyle Field and North Gate so it worked very well for us. The owners were also very communicative and available to answer any questions.

Convenient and cozy

This apartment was great for my husband and myself. We were in need of nothing, everything was provided. It was a perfect spot for the weekend.

Senior Skip Day

Location was great in proximity to Traditions golf course. One daughter was looking forward to sleeping in the Murphy bed, but there were no linens for the bed. There was a blanket, so she slept on the couch. Loved the location. First time using VRBO. Hoping to stay with this rental company again in the future.

Very nice!

Aggie pride shows here! It was clean and comfortable... and convenient. Literally just down the street from my son's student housing. Unit looks just like the photos! Very nicely decorated! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Aggieland! Gig 'em!

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
