The Silo is a stylish and comfortable two bedroom-1st floor apartment located 4 blocks from campus (even closer to Northgate) and just one block from Wellborn...that means it is close to everything! With two king beds, a 50' Smart TV (ready to stream your favorite streaming services) and a washer/dryer, this may be the best AirBnB in Bryan/College Station. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. Stay in the center of it all!

1.4 miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
- As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front. One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

We were in town to watch a performance on campus. So comfy, clean, and convenient to campus and food! We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry in the space. Cute decor. Comfortable beds. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The location and property were great. The host responded right away to any questions or requests we had. The location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and bars. We would stay there again.

Not bad

The couch was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever sat on and the bed seemed overslept in. The bathroom was clean and the rooms were clean as well. Overall it was good i just feel like its time for some furniture upgrades.

Comfy Stay!

Had a comfortable stay here at Silo. Each room has its own blankets and towels. Bed was comfortable, husband and I slept great when we usually don't sleep that well away from home. Had everything we needed during our stay. No complaints!

Nice little place

Our group used the place to stay the night following the football game. It's small0, but just right for our needs. Would have liked there to have been televisions in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was clean, updated and comfortable beds.

Great stay

We were in town for a tour of A&M and a game. The apartment was clean and very convenient to the campus. We walked to and from the game safely and within 30 minutes. Driving to campus for non-game day things took 5 minutes. Bryan has great restaurants. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Randy and Kelly were available if we needed them via text. Had no issues. We just texted them for advice and received responses right away. Great stay!

Great stay

The rental was super nice! Newly remodeled property, very clean, comfy beds and had so many little extras! Very convenient location, 4 blocks from North Gate. Instructions were simple and clear. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Recently awarded by AirBnB "10 time Superhost" status, my wife, Kelly, and I were both born and raised in Bryan/College Station. We dated while at Texas A&M and married right after graduation. I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
