Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lovely Tahoe City vacation rental. This four bedroom home is located just minutes from the beach and has great HOA amenities.
This home is in a very convenient location for all the fun you can have and any necessities you would need. There are many mountain bike trails, hiking or biking trails, and even cross-country skiing along with the HOA amenities including bocce ball, basketball, and horseshoe pits. Just 2 miles away you will be in the heart of Tahoe City where you will find a lot of great dining options and fun shops to walk. Being in such a great location you also have 3 major ski resorts that have an abundance of summer and winter activities.
This is a 2 level home. On the main floor you have 2 bedrooms with queen and twin beds. The kitchen and living area are very open allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests. Off the living room is a large deck which is a nice feature for you to relax and take in the fresh Tahoe air. Or on a cold day you may want to sit back and relax by the wood burning fireplace located in the living area as well. Head upstairs for the remaining bedrooms and an open loft area with queen and king beds.

While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (17 miles away) and Alpine Meadows/Palisades Tahoe (8 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Fire Sign Cafe, or head into Tahoe City for many other breakfast and dining options.
Parking: Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Any firewood at the house is reserved for the homeowner. Guests are asked to supply their own firewood.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
