Private Lake Access

One of the most unique features of this property is the private lake access. Lake Tahoe Park is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or kayaking/standup paddle boarding (available to rent in town). The park also offers basketball and a wonderful playground for the little ones.

Lake Tahoe is known for its endless outdoor activities, and this cabin is the perfect base for exploring all it has to offer. In the warmer months, grab your mountain bike and head to the nearby world-class mountain biking trails. Winding through lush forests and offering spectacular lake views, these trails are a must for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. Hikers will also find a variety of scenic trails, ranging from gentle walks to challenging mountain climbs, all within easy reach of the cabin.

When the snow starts to fall, Lake Tahoe transforms into a winter wonderland. Located just a short drive from several renowned ski resorts, our cabin offers easy access to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country. Whether you’re an experienced skier or hitting the slopes for the first time, you’ll find plenty of winter sports options nearby, including snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. You can even snowshoe your way to Alpine meadows near the cabin! After a day of adventure, return to the cabin to warm up by the fire and watch the snow gently fall outside.

Families can try floating down the Truckee River or renting some bikes to take the stunning East Shore Trail out to Sand Harbor.

The cabin has been recently updated with all new windows so you can take in the stunning views of the lake from anywhere inside. The cabin is equipped with central air conditioning and heating (rare for Lake Tahoe!), ensuring that you stay comfortable no matter the season. Whether you’re visiting during the warm summer months or the snowy winter season, you’ll always feel at home in this well-appointed space.

The cabin’s kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. With modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area with lake views, cooking here is a pleasure. Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This A-frame cabin comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a plush bed with stunning lake views, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of Lake Tahoe every morning. The additional bedroom has lake and mountain views and is equally comfortable, ensuring that everyone in your group enjoys a restful night’s sleep. The sofa also doubles as a sleeper for 2 additional guests, or just open it up to get comfy while watching TV.

The cabin features a full bathroom with fresh towels and essential toiletries to freshen up after a day on the lake or the trails.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to enjoy the cabin’s expansive deck and outdoor living space. The deck is perfect for dining al fresco, with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Please note furniture is not available in winter due to snow. There’s also a BBQ grill for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.

Notes:

• A separate short-term rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez.

• No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted inside or outside the property. Reservations will be canceled and all occupants will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given if this rule is violated.

• The pet policy only permits dogs (up to a maximum of two dogs) with a pet fee per pet. Dogs must always be leashed on the decks and the property grounds. There are no fences on the property, so this is for the safety of neighbors and guest pets. Pets are not to be left unaccompanied at the property. No cats are permitted due to severe owner allergies.

• Snowfall will require 4WD and/or snow chains. It is the guest's responsibility to arrive with an appropriately equipped vehicle.

• Strict noise restrictions are imposed by the county. If there are any reports of loud noises or parties, authorities will be called, and fines will be assessed both on the guests and owner. Guests will be responsible for any and all fines imposed on both guests and owners. Guests will also be asked to leave the property, and no refunds will be given. We want to be respectful of our neighbors and ensure everyone enjoys their time at the lake.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your trip is interrupted for any reason.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Reservations will be canceled if guest verification is not completed.
