Enjoyed our time at Vista Cay. This property was safe and located close to the convention center and universal. We spent a couple of days pool side and enjoyed the pool bar and restaurant. The room was very spacious and allowed us all to relax and spread out. We cooked several meals in and relaxed on the balcony. The condo is a little dated and could use some upgrades to match how great the space is.

The check in was fast, got the information email on time. The only problem in all floors is the garbage smell from the bins. We have stayed at this location many times and it's the same smell.

Thank you again for your stay with us. We've informed building management about the trash bins. There is daily trash pick up, daily floor cleaning in the hallways and the trash bins do get washed out on a regular bases. We have no control over these bins or what other guest put in them.

This place was great - spacious, very clean, quiet, perfect for us. Parking was right outside the front door of the building each day. The place had everything we needed. We had a little trouble figuring out the dishwasher, but through trial and error figured it out. Plenty of hot water, and we did not notice any garbage smells as others had mentioned. The common pool was great, as was the hot tub. I have nothing but good things to say and would absolutely return!

Great location to OCCC

We stayed for the AAU volleyball tournament. We could easily walk to the North and South Concourse. West Concourse was a drive. Great location to Universal. Very clean, well maintained neighborhood.

Stay for Volleyball

The property was great. No problems with communication. They answered my emails very prompt. Great place to stay if you have something at the OCCC. The only thing I would say the condo needed was more kitchen tools if you plan on cooking while there.

Great property

The condo was spacious and clean. Because it’s an end unit it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the convention center and we were able to use the pool often which has been updated. Online there’s a picture of the balcony facing the lake. I think this misrepresents as this condo is not directly on the lake as others are. Also, there was a slight delay in getting the email to pay for the condo. Other than that all good.

Spacious Accommodations

Really good sized property. Clean and spacious with a separate living room and an open family room. *Don’t missed the elevator at the main entrance as a couple in my party did, only finding it after carrying luggage up to the 4th floor.

Great stay...a little dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has been my third time staying at a Vista Cay location for the holidays. The view from this location is really nice, the space is awesome, and the overall experience was worth the price. The only issue was the unit was a tad bit dated. There were marks and damage on various walls.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. We had more than enough space for ourselves and 2 children. The rooms are very spacious and we wish we actually stayed longer. It is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be renting again from this homeowner.

Convenient and enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a conference to attend in the convention center, we really enjoyed our stay in this Apartment, it was clean, well furnished and convenient. The location was great. The only thing was not convenient was during the check in, I came late in the night and could not find the apartment quickly due to undetailed instructions. I wish I was told that my rented apartment is located in the 4th floor and there an elevator to use in the main entrance. It took me 45 much nutes to find it.
