La suite principale comprend un très beau lit King, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits queen et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Le canapé dans le salon se cache un lit gigogne reine, permettant huit personnes de dormir confortablement. Avec une télévision dans chaque chambre, chacun peut se détendre après une longue journée avec ses émissions préférées.

Vista Cay Resort est juste à côté de l'Orange County Convention Center, et à moins de 15 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thème, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Disney Weekend

We had the best time in Orlando visiting Disney, and this property was perfect placed! 15-20 from both Disney and the airport. There is a Walgreens, Publix, Dunkin, and various different restaurants around the corner. The pool was beautiful for a late night post park swim. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean:) no complaints!

This is a tastefully decorated, very practical condo that any family will enjoy!

The prop mgmt responded to calls quickly, and do a fantastic job of maintaining this condo. I didn't show the family any pictures before we entered but enjoyed all the "ooooohs" and "wows" as we walked through! We've stayed at Vista Cay before but this condo is by far the best! My hygiene-conscious wife appreciated the cleanliness, my teens loved the space, and i loved the mattress (better than any hotel I've ever slept in)! It's a close walk to the pool and fitness center, and a few short minutes drive to restaurants, grocery store, and expressways. I will never stay in an Orlando hotel again! Bravo Casiola!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was the best place I've stayed in Orlando. Although it was very annoying that Hoa never picked up the garbage. This created flies coming into our room and getting into my food. Even after calling they still did not pick up the garbage as stated in their booklet. Also annoying, 75 cents a page to print out my boarding passes ( seems pretty steep). And when the computer mouse needed batteries I was told I had to wait for Hoa, it really doesn't take much to have the person at the front desk replace the batteries.

Great location and space near Universal

Booked this place for my friends and I for our annual trip to Universal and HHN. It was in a great area right across from a 7/11 and next to a Walgreens, with a Publix literally two minutes away. Universal Orlando Resort is just a straight shot down the road, less than 15 minutes away! We had a couple of little hiccups in our stay including a clogged drain and a garbage disposal that wouldn't work, but the property had a number that you could easily call or text with any issues. The team came out and fixed the problems no hassle while we were out enjoying our park days! The kitchen came equipped with whatever you could need to cook. We also had some complimentary care items such as a small thing of dish soap and laundry detergent and even a small bag of Starbucks coffee! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a close stay to Universal without having to pay the Universal resort prices.

Fall break getaway

The property needs updating. Felt less than modern as the description said. The rugs are dirty and the dust in the corners and such was pretty bad. The refrigerator is rust and smells terrible. The washer is very noisy when running a cycle. Main living space is very tight. We had 4 adults/ 3 children and it felt like we were on top of one another. There were also ants which they sent someone to spray for but the ants came back the following evening. The last night of our stay the bed broke(the support beams) in the master bedroom while we were sleeping so we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. The property management were fairly responsive. They did say they would send someone with batteries for the remotes for the lights/fans and that never happened. Being on the 3rd floor you need a fan to cool the room to sleep but you had to leave the light on. Overall we had a very underwhelming experience during this stay. Very disappointed because we love staying at Vista Kay properties, but we won’t be back to this one.
