Welcome to our beautiful home in Davenport, Florida.

Many renovations and updates have been made to this home in late 2024 to ensure it's always in top shape for our guests.

Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family villa, nestled within the gated Sanctuary at West Haven community.

It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, updated flooring, allowing the Florida sun to brighten up your day.

Our villa includes air conditioning throughout and has a brand-new washer & dryer. There is cable TV and fast speed internet in our home plus the community security cameras, ensure a carefree and secure lifestyle.

You can sleep up to 8 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. Sliding doors open to reveal the serene haven of the covered lanai and screened-in pool which has florida glass screens around for privacy.

The villa has a south-east facing pool deck, is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day.
There is a sheltered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun, new patio furniture recently added.

Inside your vacation home, the open plan lounge looks out to the pool and it is a fantastic place to gather for breakfast or in the evenings.

Our villa features a TV for those nights in to relax after long days visiting the parks.

The fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is well-equipped, with stove, microwave, and fridge freezer with icemaker, to keep your drinks cold and food chilled.
There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and it has a coffee maker. We also have a games room with a pool table and ping pong table to keep all entertained.

The games room features a pool table, table tennis and a dart board for your enjoyment.

Our home features two master bedrooms, both containing their own ensuite bathroom, featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub.
There is a safe to keep your valuables in for that peace of mind.

One of the masters features direct access to the lanai to enjoy that early morning sun.

The split-bedroom plan ensures your privacy while providing a comfortable and inviting space for you and your guests.

Two additional bedrooms share a third bathroom, providing ample space and versatility for family and friends.

All our bedrooms feature additional TV’s to keep everyone happy.

The Sanctuary at West Haven is located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida and is around 20 minutes (less than 15 miles) from Disney's Magic Kingdom and the other world-renowned Disney theme parks.
Universal Studios and the International Drive area is only 30mins drive away.
It is minutes away from the vibrant ChampionsGate shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets including a good selection of American style / holiday restaurants such as Miller’s Ale House and, Chillis.
The Omni Resort is right on your doorstep with its fine dining restaurants.

The Reunion resort is 5 minutes away with its 3 world renowned including 2 Greg Norman designed championship courses for you to enjoy plus being close to expressways that will take you to all of Florida’s treasures, such as Tampa and the gulf beaches (1 hour), Atlantic ocean beaches (45 minutes), Kennedy space Centre (1 hour).
