Property is clean and the furniture is relatively new. The linens (bedding and towels) are a little dated, but also clean. Price is competitive but did not include internet (and that is noted in the description but VRBO will send you internet information and a password - it just won't work). Internet must be purchased directly from the Dmitri via Zelle/Venmo/etc. Location is good, very easy/quick to get on I-4 and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Would stay again...

Check-in was a little confusing for me but after traveling for so long I was tired and already frustrated but the host helped me figure everything out. The place is beautiful and everything was spotless. You’ll definitely get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol but my kids enjoyed it. We didn’t have to go far to find a place to eat because everything is literally in the area. We stayed in the pool for hours and took pictures and made a lot of memories. We are already talking about returning next year. Thank You!!

Nice Stay

This place is fairly convenient if you need a place to stay in the Four Corners/ ChampionsGate area. The host has a lot of requirements for guest so be prepared to answer questions about your stay and provide a trip itinerary and photo ID for anyone staying in the house. The house was stocked with most things you’ll need for your stay and the host was easy to reach.

Not sure why providing ID is a problem with you. Resorts and Hotels require that with a credit card for verification and security purposes. Also I asked why you plan on staying at my place as it states in the description about central Florida residents and my policy. You didn’t read that apparently but I still honored your reservation when I didn’t need to.

Dmitri was an awesome host. I needed a last minute place, he accommodated us and made sure we would be able to have a late night check in.The place was easy to find and the check in instructions were clear. The pool was nice and peaceful, we really enjoyed it and the jacuzzi. The bed was super comfy, the living room was very spacious and we felt comfortable. The house is a great location; there's a 7Eleven, Publix, and multiple restaurants right down the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

It was just myself and my husband. We have small dogs. This was more of a business trip than pleasure so we did not use the pool so I cannot comment on the amenities but it looked pleasant. Like stated in other reviews - Demitri was responsive and available. The description was correct about the beds. We only used the master but the mattress was very comfortable. Place was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again.

Beautiful townhome

I stayed for two weeks after being evacuated for Hurricane Milton. The townhouse has all the comforts of home. There are many restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook, but the kitchen is well stocked and clean. My two dogs seemed to like it as well. The beds are very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the host and I would stay here again. Thank you!

Property was super clean and luxurious! Rooms were large. New furniture and appliances. Location, Location, Location! Literally less than 5 minutes from I-4, restaurants, Publix and everything else you could imagine! Great community pool and hot tub! Host was amazing! I will definitely stay here again in the future. Horrible host

Host doesn’t need to be listing property. Kept heat set on 80 degrees. Harassed us entire stay. Our guests couldn’t sleep due to the heat. The nonstop text messages were too much. This was a one night stay. Property was very nice but not worth the hassle.

Wow! Very pleased!

This place was perfect for us, the location is excellent its near the parks and restaurants. Dmitri was an amazing host who communicates very well. The check in process was smooth and he responds promptly when I had questions. When we walked in it smelled very refreshing and it was spotless clean. In the morning we enjoyed the beautiful view and before going to the pool we were able to watch my favorite show which was on Netflix, I was so happy they provided this in their service. We went to Tuscana pool, its a short walk we really enjoyed it. There was a relaxing pool bar as well. This place is a gem especially with all the amenities you get. If this property could fit 16 people we would end up staying here!

This place was perfect for us, the location is excellent its near the parks and restaurants. We needed a place after Disney, but before the rest of our family arrived. Dmitri was an amazing host who communicates very well. The check in process was smooth and he responds promptly when I had questions. Inside it smells amazing and it was spotless clean. In the morning we enjoyed the beautiful view of the fountains and before going to the pool we were able to watch my favorite show which was on Netflix, I was so happy he had this service. We went to Tuscana pool, its a short walk we really enjoyed it. There was a relaxing pool bar as well. This place is a gem especially with all the amenities you get.
