Charming 1920's House located in downtown Oshkosh.

Welcome to our efficiency style, tiny home located withing walking distance of Lake Winnebago and the grocery store.

This is a perfect place for up to 2 people to stay while visiting!

This tiny home was built in the 1920's and has been completely renovated in a 50's retro theme.

It is an efficiency style house with one bathroom and a queen murphy bed with a very comfortable bed. It has a full kitchen and sitting area outside.

We were somewhat disappointed with this property. Pictures online made it seem a little more roomy. The worst thing was the bed.. not comfortable and very low. Also both entrances were somewhat difficult for us as Sr. Citizens.

As a true tiny home, the listing includes the exact square footage along with current photos that accurately represent the space and furnishings. Both the front and rear entrances have just one step to enter. We understand that bed comfort is a personal preference and that a low-profile bed may not be everyone’s preference. Host was very fast to respond and supply accurate, helpful information! Only downside was we needed to turn the heat on slightly at night and struggled to figure it out--likely operator issue on our part! Maybe include instructions for those of us who are technologically challenged :) Overall, efficient, clean, and comfortable stay!

Short and Sweet

We came for a getaway weekend to celebrate my Husbands birthday. We went to record store day, the Farmers market, the Roxy and other local places. It was a great “intro” to the area. Thank you Jason! God bless you and your family!

This smallest home in Oshkosh was in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. The home was clean too. There was an item that broke but the owner was able to get repair people out and took care of the problem before our stay was over. Nothing in Oshkosh was more than 10-15 minutes away. Great place for just one or two people.

Very cute home with good amenities.

This property was very comfortable, akin to a modest hotel room, without the nuisance of noisy guests all around you. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get into the house. Great instructions, easy to follow. The house was clean and tidy. Had everything you would need to stay longer than we did. We were very pleased with our experience.

This place is cute as a button. The space is small, but very clean. The kitchen is better than well stocked with needs to cook and eat.The only two reasons I gave an overall 4 was;1. My husband uses a walker, so getting in and out of the house was a tad difficult. Might consider a rail on the back step.2. No outside space to sit and enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin weather.All in all we loved the stay. Thanks!

Go Pack Go

My wife and I had an opportunity to catch the Colts play the Packers. We decided to stay in Oshkosh as a change of pace and to save a little cash. This house was a cute as could be and provided everything we needed. Super clean. Comfy Murphy bed. Quiet neighborhood. We spent two nights. Watched the Pack crush the Colts and enjoyed every minute. Great place. Big enough to cover our act...small enough to make it fit.

Perfect place for me!

I chose this house instead of a hotel room for the weekend and it was perfect. Only a few blocks from family that I was seeing for a reunion. Host was perfect but listing didn’t have an accurate price and I was in too much of a hurry to not notice it when I booked. Weekends were a bit higher than I expected. That’s not the host’s fault but the listing agency. All in all, way better than a hotel and still cheaper! Highly recommend!

Overall, It Was A Good Stay

I was a little bit disappointed because the other listed ranted and raved on the cleanliness of this tiny house which was in fact cutely tiny! However, the lack of attention to detail on what to clean made me disappointed. There was multiple long brown hairs on the bathroom floor and in our bed. (I usually strip sheets to check for bed bugs) The knives and cookware were also dirty with crusty food leftover on them. (All photographed) Overall, the house was good for the little amount of time we stayed in it!
