Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key en Floride, Crescent Beach - Ce grand appartement de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain ne comporte pas de moquette et possède une superficie de 1000 pieds carrés. Il dispose d'un grand espace de vie, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de tous les appareils, du chauffage central / climatisation, d'une télévision haute définition, de 3 DVD, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un parking couvert. L'unité a un lit king size, 2 jumeaux, un canapé-lit. Tous les appareils, les meubles mis à jour sur une base continue. Cette villa est à quelques pas des eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Le complexe magnifiquement entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location with just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. It was clean and quiet.

Great place

Excellent property and clean. Beach is incredible. Take advantage of easy beach cabana, tent rentals. Definitely worth a stay.

Great Getaway!

Absolutely loved this villa! For a group of six, it was very, very spacious! It was spotless, and in a great location, about 5 min. drive to the village and a short walk to the beach! I will be coming back for sure!

Amazing Vacation

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was perfect in every way! A short walk to the beach and a few houses to the pool! Lots of room inside the Villa made it easy to relax when we came in from the sun! We can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful experience!

We were a party of 5, ages 65 - 94. There were two bedrooms and a sofa bed which met our sleeping needs, a nice kitchen (we made all of our meals there), and a very open, large living room/dining area. The beach was a short, beautiful “avenue” of a walk ON premesis… and a very large pool as well. Super clean, too!!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Siesta Key Cool

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Siesta Key. Decor has a Florida-vibe, which was welcomed after a day at the beach and exploring Siesta Key Village shops. The kitchen was well stocked with an abundance of supplies. Beds were comfy with plenty of closet and drawer space. We loved the short walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Staff was very professional, polite, and accommodating. We look forward to our visit here next year. It was a fun-filled, sun-filled four days--after having a very cold, gray New England winter . Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 roaches during our first 2 days there. I called to have an exterminator and that resolved the problem. The villa should have mats upon entry in the front door and kitchen area to clean your feet. I prefer my stay within the condo building as in prior years. Too far a walk from the beach and trash receptacle is also too far as is the laundry room. The room with twin beds has a broken headboard and the bed is slanted, very awkward feeling to sleep in it.

Rated #1 Beach for a Reason!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Island House on Siesta Key for over 25 years! The villas have been a nice size and well maintained. The beach is always spectacular! It is a 3 mile long white sand beach that is great for walking, swimming and playing in the sand! We have been in many of the villas and liked most of them. #35 has been updated and is quite nice. It does not have a screened porch, but the extra space is added to the living room and second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom is about ready to be replaced. The staff is always helpful! There were many new restaurants, but most of our favorites were still around. We were particularly impressed with Triple Tail and Phillipi Creek is always good for seafood. Rosebud’s is great for steak!

A real Siesta!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights here with a friend. Wonderfully located on Siesta Beach! The property is on one of the nicest stretches of beach. Just a short walk to beach front. Chairs provided at beach. Wish there would have been more umbrellas or other shade. The house is super nice, clean!! Lots of towels provided. The property is beautifully kept, lovely gardens!! Pool at the front of the property- by the entrance- never went- maybe if we had been there longer. House has a cooler or wheels to use, noodles, floats (but you’d have to blow them up... we didn’t). Kitchen has all appliances needed but could use another set of plates. It was fine for 2 of us. Washer/dryer is a community one that requires coins. Need to bring all your own food and other supplies- like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper. This may be due to covid precautions. Publix grocery about 5 min drive. It did have dishwasher soap. Would stay here again! Really nice little place close to the beach!

Beautiful two bedroom two bath home. I like the fact that it is free standing on the ground floor and has it's own carport right by the front door.

Excellent value for a small family

My wife and I stayed for 4 days/3 nights at this property in early February with our older teen daughter. We found the staff very easy to work with. The bungalow is part of a complex of other bungalows and apartments called the Island House Beach Resort with a main office, but we didn't find it an issue at all. If you are checking in or out early or late, just make arrangements with the front office. They worked with us easily to accommodate our needs. The use the "Hospitality" app to communicate a lot of info about your stay, and they emailed us links to get access. Everything was pretty seamless. It seemed to be a nice, quiet community. Beach lounge chairs and more "regular" beach chairs were provided on our section of the beach. The road within the complex was quiet, clean, and very safe. We loved the feeling of the place. The beach was an easy 2 minute or less walk from our front door. The sand is amazingly white and soft, and we enjoyed walking and sitting on the beach with the beautiful sunsets. The palm trees and atmosphere were exactly what we needed for a wonderful time. The palm trees and clean lawns were very relaxing as well. The bungalow itself was also very clean. They are a bit older buildings, probably built a few decades ago originally. They've done a great job remodeling with a nice kitchen and bathrooms and fresh paint throughout. They worked well and had everything we needed. The few cons were mostly related to the age of the building. A little dark in the evening, the light bulbs were a bit mismatched and a few buzzed, and the master bath door didn't completely cover the door opening at the bottom (my wife and I didn't care). The facility also doesn't provide for things like paper towels or beach towels. Be prepared to bring your own or purchase some at one of the local shops. (Traffic was heavy at all times, but it moved pretty quickly and the people were very nice. On season it may have been a bigger issue.) Also, the beds were a little older and soft. I have a bit of a bad back and it didn't bother me, though. So we didn't mind. All of these were well within what we expected for the price. We felt it was a very good value and were very pleased with what we got. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the stay!
