The kitchen was well equipped ( though could use baking sheets and a pizza pan). Very clean. Pool is great. Best part is beautiful Crescent Beach!

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic Siesta Key Location : Middle of beach ... far enough away from Public Access and crowds. 5 minute walk to the water.Booking/Check-In/Check-Out was extremely easy ... Love the phone app.Price point was fair. Rental unit is obviously utilized. No major defects ... no working ice maker. Kitchen was well equipped.Very strong pesticide smell upon arrival. Thought it would subside within 24 hours but did not. We cleaned up several dead bugs ... also had kitchen issues with small ants. We arrived directly after Hurricane Ian when power was being restored to the area, so we were understanding that everything couldn't be perfect. We raised no issues with management as relocating to another unit would not have been acceptable. We enjoyed the week in Siesta Key.

Everything was clean and plenty of blankets and pillows. Massive TV for those rainy days. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for towels and swimsuits! Also the beach toys and things that are available in the storage/garage were helpful! Beach is beautiful and in perfect location

Our unit was the perfect size for our family, was very clean and just steps to the beach. All of the villas have their own style but almost all come with a lanai which is key to enjoy the outdoors. There is a community grill and of course the best sunsets you’ll ever see.
