Island House Beach Resort-Siesta Key Floride, Crescent Beach - La belle villa est située sur la partie la plus large de Crescent Beach. Il est d'env. 1000 sq. Ft. Et est 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains. La villa a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, ac centrale / chaleur, véranda projeté, parking couvert, 3 téléviseurs, dvd, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! Il est à quelques pas seulement des belles bleues et turquoises eaux du golfe du Mexique. Le complexe magnifiquement entretenu a cabanes de plage, deux chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffée, salle de jeux, et de la plage pittoresque shufflboard cour avant où les couchers de soleil sont fantastiques! Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, pêche, tennis, canotage, parachute ascensionnel, des galeries de la région. Busch Gardens / Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Villa was clean and well appointed. Overall facility is clean and well maintained. Very nice beach with an abundance of beach chairs available. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Vacation

Units AC does not work

Reviewer Comments: I got there on Saturday, unit's AC and master bedroom fan was not working, call management and went in person twice over the week, The master bedroom fan was never fixed, i was told that they needed to replace and they knew it, the AC got fix on Thursday and broke again on Friday, i left on Friday and will not want to rent this unit until and if the AC gets fix. This unit is outdated.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was ok but it could have been much better. Check in was not until after 5:00 pm as front desk said there was a shortage of people on the cleaning staff.When checking in the property manager mistook me for another owner’s relative and proceeded to reprimanded me for past due HOA fees which I knew nothing about and thought it was an invasion of privacy for that owner. When arriving at the unit, it was not very clean. The floors and rug were very sandy. The furniture and the rug in the living room were dirty and needed a deep cleaning or replacement. There were dead wood roaches behind the TV. Four lamps had dead light bulbs. The ceiling fans wobbled. The A/C did not work properly the entire time we were there. It would stop cooling in the afternoon, then restart later in the evening. It was reported to maintenance Three times and technician looked at it but did not fix the problem. The ROKU TV did not broadcast in HD nor did it fill the screen. There was no king size blanket for the master bed.

Love The Island House!!

This stay we were in Siesta for a wedding. The other guests stayed at other resorts. After visiting our place at the Island House, every one of them said they wished they had stayed there!!! Love the gas grills. Beach never packed and very well cared for. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Siesta Key!!!

Reviewer Comments: Have been going to Siesta for over 20 years...Check in no problem battery on thermostat needed to be replaced fan in Master could only be on low . Sent message everything fixed in timely matter also given option to change units none available? And we had already unpacked and bought groceries so just stayed . Guest bathroom was disgusting Grout black and just dirty has not been updated in years .... Kitchen cabinet missing a door . Master bath needs new shower head . When I am paying top dollar Villa should be immaculate. Was approached by rude worker at beach chairs can’t be beyond sign ? Sorry I am not going to beach to sit behind white tents . Was told she would put that on my reservation so harder to rebook . I thanked her and said we would not be coming back !! On a good note beach is still beautiful and so was pool .

Nice, but a suggestion.

Although the condo was a bit dated, it served our short term need. We felt that there was a grass area just east of the shuffleboard courts that could be utilized for additional recreational activity...such a bocce ball court or even a small pool or spa.
