A first floor condo ON THE BEACH! You'll LOVE the convenience and amenities!!

Beautiful sunsets and summertime fun are yours to enjoy on the stunning white sands of Siesta Key beach!

This unit has undergone a major facelift... A remodel has been completed by opening up & modernizing the kitchen for a great new look and freshening up other areas of this very cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit directly across from Siesta Key Beach and amazing sunsets!

A King-Size bed in the Master with a remodeled walk in closet. Being a first floor unit where you can walk-out of the lanai and across the road to the beach makes this property not only amazing but incredibly convenient. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds and if you prefer a bridge system can be utilized to join them to make a comfortable King size bed (let us know in advance). There is also a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for that extra guest. This makes the total sleeping capacity up to 6*.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, mat and cooler provided for those beach days or you can relax poolside. Three big screen TV’s, Sonos Audio system and beautiful decor await your stay. There is also a fitness center and gas grills onsite for family cookouts. Washers & dryers are available on each floor, steps from your front door and are operated by credit card.

Siesta Key Village is a refreshing walk or a free trolley ride (50 feet from your door) away to all of the cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping anywhere on the island. Maybe you would like to parasail, rent a bicycle, gas golf cart or scooter to get around. There is so much to do that once you're here, you'll never want to leave!
We take pride in trying to have everything you could need for your vacation in our condo. If you find anything that needs attention, we have onsite management and maintenance just in case.....if something isn’t right, just ask!

Once a reservation is accepted, a contract will be sent by the rental office. An example contract with rules and regulations is provided under the rules and policy section.

*if sleeper sofa is used and the total guest count is over 5, an additional $25 per guest per night will apply.
