Accommodations:
This is a charming retreat designed to provide comfort and convenience for both a long or short term stay. As you step into the property, you'll be greeted by a bright and welcoming coastal atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated, featuring a blend of coastal-inspired elements and modern amenities.
Please note this is a duplex so the other side may be rented out as well. Each side is private with separate driveways, entrances, and backyard space. Please be respectful of other guests. If you would like to rent both sides (accommodates up to 15 people), please send a direct inquiry.

Living Area:
The spacious living area serves as the heart of our vacation rental. It boasts comfortable seating arrangements, allowing our guests to unwind and socialize after a day of beach activities or shopping. Large windows fill the space with natural light and creating a serene ambiance.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. It features modern appliances, ample counter space (granite countertops), and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dining area with a stylish table and seating for you to enjoy meals together. Or enjoy dining on the outdoor picnic table.

Bedrooms:
There are 3 charming bedrooms designed for a restful night's sleep. The rooms are furnished with comfy beds (one king and 2 queens) and ample storage space for your belongings. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the coastal theme of the property. Each bedroom also features its own Roku TV. In addition to the 3 upstairs bedrooms, we also have a queen sleeper couch in the living room.

Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are complete with all the essentials. The bathroom upstairs offers a bathtub/shower combo, while the downstairs bathroom features a gorgeous newly tiled shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. Towels and washcloths are provided.

Outdoor Space:
One of the highlights of your home is the outdoor area. Step outside to the patio and bask in the warm Florida sunshine. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco on the bright picnic table, or simply relax while grilling up some burgers on the propane grill. Our bright cheerful sunshade provides the shade you need to dine outside on our vivid picnic table.

Additional Amenities:
To enhance your stay, this property provides various amenities such as high-speed internet access, washer/dryer (located in garage), and Roku televisions in each bedroom. There is also a dedicated work space, a desk and comfy office chair for those needing to get some office work done.

Only 15 minutes from Sanibel. Walking distance to Walmart for anything you need to pick up during your stay.
