Tucked away from the street, this renovated home boasts hardwood floors throughout and central air conditioning. The oversized living room welcomes you with a comfortable leather sectional and a 55" flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a formal dining space, a large kitchen with ample cabinets, an additional wet bar, a full bathroom, and an office area.

As you head up to the 2nd floor, you'll discover the large master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, a skylighted bathroom with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony with seating. The two other bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with queen beds, desks, and TVs, while the third bathroom offers a convenient stand-up shower.

Washer & dryer is located in the basement. Outside, you can enjoy a private front yard with seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or hosting gatherings.

Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee.
