Lofty Apartment is located on a quiet street only a blocks away from all the action in the heart of the nation's oldest city. Built in 1917, renovated kitchen with new appliances, tastefully decorated, & equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Historic St. Augustine a remarkable experience. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms. Indoor dinning area and an outdoor dinning area on the open deck as well. Café & scones in the AM or cocktails & Tapas in the evening al fresco. Walking distance to town with private parking in the rear. Your own laundry too. Close to everything yet far enough away for peace and tranquility.

Had everything we needed. Parking was tight and couldn’t park out front as there was a ban by the city during the holidays. Our truck barely fit in the back parking. Had plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. It was comfortable.

Everything was easy about booking. The location was perfect and the price was fair especially for the days after Christmas. The space was clean and lights on when we got there after dark, which was really nice. Kitchen was nicely equipped, beds comfortable, nothing bad to say. Parking in the back was a bit tight but that is just natural for the houses of that area. If you have a huge vehicle, take a mid-size or smaller. Parking in front is restricted during the holiday event but that wasn’t really an issue due to the private parking space in the back. Communication with the host was prompt and polite. Would stay again!

This little apartment was very cozy and very well stocked with glass ware, towels, pillows, and everything needed for a nice weekend.The fact that there was ample parking behind, the house wasn’t added feature!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lofty Treetop apartment. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped—perfect for the four of us. The setting is lovely and peaceful, just off the main road with easy access to shops and amenities. With convenient parking in the alley, we were able to leave the car behind and explore on foot. Old Town and the Bridge of Lions are an easy 10–15 minute walk away, making this a fantastic base for discovering the area.

It was very uncomfortable. Our first full day in the unit the were work men repairing the outside of the house. Using power saws hammering we could not even hear the TV it lasted from 9:00am till 6pm at night. The vacation rental was in no shape to be rented. It was the vacation from hell. I will be looking into getting reimbursed

The place was spotless, everything was there that you would need to stay and to self cater. It has lovely outdoor areas. Was a block or two from all the attractions and historic sites downtown but located on a tree lined quiet street. This host was very responsive, ample parking, and it was spacious. Delightful. I will be back for a longer stay.

We loved the lofty treetop apartment. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. John was friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We loved how close it was to everything so that we could walk. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again whenever in the area.

This is my second time staying here. I love the location and proximity to everything. It’s clean and very cute inside. The only issue this time was that we arrived at 4 to check in and the cleaning person was still there. It was no big deal but she seemed very stressed. So I left and returned later. It should have been communicated that they were running behind.

My daughter and I stayed here just before moving her into Flagler college. The property was clean, close to everything, and in a great little neighborhood. Loved the decor and small back porch. It felt like home.

Loft Apt Great Choice

The apt was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, and comfortable especially walking to/ from the center of town. Everything is within a short walk including local shopping and cafe's, etc. Host thought of all the little touches to make a return stay highly likely.

Great location which was perfect for walking to all the main attractions like the fort, and St.George street. Only down side was more on our part. Smaller energetic kiddos with lots of energy first thing in the morning accidently woke up the tennat down stairs. Wouldn't recommend to families with younger kiddos only because of that risk. Otherwise...amazing!

Very quiet and walking distance to restaurants. Jim's communication made it easy to enter the property and check out. Kitchen supplies were top notch along with coffee and tea. Loved the old wood floors and tropical vegetation from the top floor deck.

Great location, wonderful apartment

Spent just two nights at this great place in this wonderful city. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything you want to see in the central historical area. The unit has all the comforts you need in a charming old home. A well equipped kitchen, smart TV and good central air, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhoid. Next time we will stay longer!

We have rented AirBnb in the past in different states but nothing beats Lofty Treetop! It was Perfect! The space, cleanliness, privacy but most important the walking distance to Nights of Lights! We are New Yorkers, and have been living in FL for almost 5 yrs now. I’m still not used to driving everywhere! Being in St. Augustine and being able to walk everywhere from Loft Treetop was GREAT! The communication with the host was always on point! Our daughter was visiting from the Army for the holidays and her words were “Mom, I want to stay in this AirBnb again, I love it”! Thank you so much for everything! Loft Treetop is A MUST!
