Located on the west side of Cross Lake. Just 30 minutes from Syracuse, Baldwinsville, Skaneateles, or Auburn. Sleeps 6 plus a pull out sofa in sunroom. Fully furnished, including linens, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer and Weber grill. Enjoy 100 feet of lakefront with approximate 50 ft dock. Kayaks, multiple yard games, large fire pit, and hot tub. Large covered deck overlooking the lake and fully enclosed sunroom. Perfect for families or just a peaceful getaway. Enjoy lake swimming off the dock with floats available for your use, great fishing, lakefront bon fires, and spectacular sunrises. No events and no pets please.

Outstanding. Hosts were fab, friendly and it was a pleasure to meet you.Photos actually don't do this place justice it was perfect for myself and my family of 4.My only compliant is we didn't stay long enough. If we travel over from the UK again we will 100% be looking to stay here again. Fabulous experience. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well laid out with everything we needed to make all our meals. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the covered porch, and the hot tub & kayaks were used every day. Would love to come back next year.

Beautiful

If you want to relax and have beautiful views this is the place. The picture on VRBO is exactly what you see from the front of the house. It’s gorgeous! The house is beautiful and you can kayak, swim, fish. They supply it all. The hosts are warm and welcoming. I’m already planning another stay here!

Beautiful cross lake retreat!

What an amazing home- so clean, well stocked, very comfy beds with nice soft linens and SO much fun stuff to do. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, grilling, fire pit, tv or just staring at the beautiful lake- everyone can be happy here. We were even lucky enough to see 2 bald eagles each morning! I traveled with 4 adults and 1 5 year old and everyone loved the house

Perfect for Peace and Rest

The best compliment I can give is that we would come back again and again. Not only was the property clean, and well-maintained, it had everything you could want for a vacay at the lake. It was wonderful for our family of five. We spent a lot of time fishing off the private dock, enjoying each other’s company on the deck and unwinding in the hot tub. In top of all that John and Christy are the most kind and gracious hosts. Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at John's lake house in Cross Lake, NY! John was a gracious host, welcoming us in person and showing us around the property. The house was perfect for our family vacation, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, grilling, and spending quality time together on the cozy porch. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch! We appreciated the peaceful surroundings and made many happy memories. Thank you, John, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We highly recommend it to others!

Awesome Lake House

House and property were as advertised, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were comfy, view of sun rise in morning was awesome and plenty of space and seats to lounge inside and out.of house. Lake was great we did some kayaking and paddle boarding around it. John and his family maintain and care for this house with love. Can’t wait to book again!

Wow!

Property is exactly as listed and so much more. The owners are amazing and even took time to stop over and walk through everything we should know which was so helpful! My family enjoyed our time immensely and didn’t want to leave! So often we are ready to go home and this property, the home and the owners make it so inviting that we wanted to stay! A Beautiful Location for Late Fall

Comfortable and beautiful location. After the “busy season” on the lake so quiet with a lot of wildlife to view. The home was super clean with great internet and TV selection. We definitely recommend highly and will stay there again.

Great time!!!

Loved the waterfront property. Use of the kayaks was great. Fishing was fun. Large backyard property for the kids to run around and enjoy being outside. Fire pit always great. Lovely lake view from the deck. Hot tub was great for sunrise and sunset. Place was super clean. Would totally recommend and visit again. Hosts were absolutely lovely!

Lake Life

My family has decided this was one of our best vacations! We loved living "the lake life" the past few days. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, lots of good memories made. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, swimming, and the hot tub! John was easy to talk with. The house is well taken care of and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for family!

Spent a week here, the lake view from the house is incredible. The whole property is set up to take advantage of the views and lake access. Clean, low maintenance, easy, beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for an easier more delightful week away from home. Even caught a few fish!

Cozy Lakeside Sanctuary - Definitely Recommend

My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing mini-vacation here. It was one of the most enjoyable trips we've ever taken, largely due to the warm and inviting space this host created. The property itself is true to the pictures posted... no misrepresentation here. Beautiful sunrises and pastel sunsets by the fire were a welcome change from city life. From the impeccably manicured landscaping to the little decorative details you'll find, thoughtfully placed throughout the home, it's easy to become enamored with the feeling of "lake life" while staying here. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Lake House!

We were considering a place in the Finger Lakes, but landed on Cross Lake because of its proximity to our family. Wow. What a place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed as a family of four. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the lawn was sprawling and pristine, and the lake was peaceful, fishable, and swimmable! The neighbors are close, but there’s still a deep sense of serenity. The fire pit was so wonderful to gather around among the fireflies after a day of swimming and playing outside. We cannot say enough wonderful things!
