PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the TV stand in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.

Great location and clean for the most part! Giving 4 stars because house was not ready for check in at 4 pm and the host didn't have the pull out set up and made as we requested and as they said would happen. When we reached out to let them know, the situation was still not remedied.

Daughter and friend stayed there over the weekend. Love the house and how close it was to campus. The house was cute and clean had everything they needed.

Great location near the University of Arizona in a quiet neighborhood. It was a charming duplex with everything we needed for our stay. Starbucks and CVS were a five-minute walk away. We would definitely stay again.

House hunting

I stayed here while looking for a new apartment. Its beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

Old World charm

The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit and we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.

Another great stay!

Happy to have stayed here again, this time with my mother and teen son, to visit my oldest in college. 3 blocks from my son’s dorm, close to restaurants. Easy street parking. Easy check in/out. Communication with hosts excellent. I’m already booked again for my next visit. Love this place!

Great location and perfect rental

I was in town for a long weekend visiting the University with my son, and this was just perfect. The location was walkable to University Ave, to my daughter's house, and to the campus, and yet it was such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house was wonderful--clean, with a super comfortable bed and nice porch for hanging out at sunset. Communication and check in was seamless. In fact, I had hoped to book it again for college move-in, since my son decided that weekend that UAZ was going to be his place, but it is already booked. I'll definitely look for it when I visit in the future.

Felt like home.

We were so delighted with the casita! It had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect as was cleanliness and well equipped kitchen. Once we senior citizens figured out how to communicate with our hosts it was easy! We felt very safe. We plan to return again next year at the same week!

Television

Suggest a tutorial for how to use the controller. Weak got a screen for “weak signal” for NBC, and ABC, with a message to adjust the antenna. I assume it was on the roof. We weren’t going up there, so subsequently missed some shows and events we wanted to see. Bed was very comfortable. Location to the U of A campus, and local eat and drink places was great. We will certainly consider future stays here.

Cute, cozy & ideal location

The cutest duplex with everything you could need in the most desirable location. Minutes from University Blvd and U of A campus. Parking permits make it a breeze to park and the hosts were great to communicate with. No issues and would definitely stay here on my next visit.

Firth of Fourth

Was it on Firth or Fourth? lol. Our unit seemed on the wrong street from the address. Really clean. Excellent communication from with owners. Close to UA. We went swimming in the university pool. Non students allowed. Only $8. Really sweet home. Quiet neighborhood. Five stars!

Sweet Stay
