Caribbean Dunes 111 géré professionnellement par Newman-Dailey

Niché au cœur de Destin et à quelques pas du golfe du Mexique, ce condo pittoresque de Destin est idéal pour des vacances amusantes à la plage! Son emplacement est l'un à envier aux belles plages de sable blanc seulement une minute à pied de distance et beaucoup de boutiques intéressantes et des centres de loisirs tout près. Hurricane Lanes Bowling, shopping dans les communes Destin et plusieurs parcours de golf primés sont tous sur le rayon d'un mile. Reposant sur l'étage inférieur de la Caraïbe Dunes, le club house et la piscine sont seulement une dizaine de pieds de la porte d'entrée. Flotter pendant des heures dans les eaux de piscine rafraîchissante entourée de palmiers majestueux, et des chaises longues. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous et une pause pour le déjeuner sous un parapluie ombragé tout en regardant les eaux émeraude du golfe. Ou de prendre une promenade vivifiante le long du vélo et sentier pédestre! Il serpente sur des miles le long du golfe envoûtante et passe saveurs locales comme le café de Camille et la calandre de Pompano Joe. La meilleure partie est que un tronçon de celui-ci va bien au-delà des portes arrière vitrées il est certainement facile à trouver! Un charmant intérieur de teintes de Beachy, plafonds de neuf pieds, et des aquarelles originales de créer une atmosphère accueillante et une ambiance confortable. La chambre principale bénéficie d'un mobilier design et des draps soyeux avec une salle de bains principale adjacente et d'un jacuzzi. En outre, une cuisine sud confortable dispose de tout le nécessaire dont vous aurez besoin pour un grand dîner de famille pour compléter votre séjour!
Au cours de la semaine de relâche ce condo exige un 7 nuits, du samedi au samedi séjour. Au cours des vacances du 4 juillet, nous avons besoin d'un séjour d'une semaine.
Nous ne louons à personne de moins de 25 ans ou aux étudiants.

Beach view from the back patio. Easy 2 block walk to beach access. Camille’s coffee shop and coffee is a block over. The pool is 2 units down and was very well kept. Clean house. Only things lacking were basic cooking essentials like seasoning, foil, and there was no Tupperware for food storage. There was a very minimal amount of silverware as well. Aside from those things, it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Staying right across the beach is the next best thing to staying on the beach! For the price you can’t beat the convenience. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful Stay

This stay was better than expected. We’ve never stayed anywhere that wasn’t directly on the beach but the beach access across the road was actually faster than normal for us. Very clean and the poo was shaded around 3 so it made it perfect for our kiddos. Would stay here again!

A great stay!

The rental was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location, steps away from the pool and beach. Checking in and out was super easy and communication from Newman Daily was perfect. We loved the little care package and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen was well equipped. Will stay again, thank you!

Great stay at Crystal Beach!

We loved our visit to Crystal Beach. The unit was perfect for us. Clean and well equipped. Can’t beat the location as we rode our bikes each day and walked to the beach. The pool area was very nice. Tons of great restaurants within walking/biking. Thank you!

Great location, very noisy though

Place was perfect for small group! But every step a person in the unit above could be heard throughout night. Also any noise throughout the unit could be heard in bedroom with both doors closed! Dishes were all dirty and sticky as well.

We are sorry to hear you had some issues with the noise level and cleanliness of the dishes. Unfortunately, we have no control over the guests upstairs and certain shoes on the tile floors can be loud. We greatly appreciate your feedback about the dishes and have forwarded your comments to the Director of Housekeeping to ensure our 65-point inspection is being followed. A bit disappointed overall

I was extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi tub in the condo had mold in it and was not able to be used. The jets in the tub were not shown in the picture so this was something you knew about and hid form the advertising. I rented this condo because a jacuzzi tub was Very important to me and a hot tub by the pool was also very important to me. On the 3rd day of the hot tub being cold I contacted the property to tell them the hot tub was cold. It was then fixed. I feel I paid a lot of money for the 2 things that were most important to me and I got cheated on both of them. The location of the condo and the comfort of it was perfect.

Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are so sorry that your expectations were not met during your stay. Our records could find no report of any problems with the jacuzzi or we would have been more than happy to take care of it during your stay. Our photos are professionally shot to be aesthetically pleasing and rarely show close-ups of the insides of tubs. This does not mean we are trying to hide anything. Our write up of Caribbean Dunes mentions the master bath jacuzzi so we are promoting that feature. Again, as soon as we heard there was a problem with the complex hot tub, we contacted the HOA and that was taken care of in short order. I think the problem here was had we had known about these issues that were so important to you, and had we known as soon as it was discovered, your stay could have been a lot different. We were so happy to hear that you did appreciate the location of this popular unit and that you found it comfortable.

Great alternative if you can't be on the beach.

The property, associated with beachfront condos across the street, is a very convenient and cost-effective alternative. The pool is nicer than the beachfront condo pools in the area. The kitchen and whole condo is well-appointed with what you need to enjoy your time. The only negative from us, and we realize it is probably due to the pandemic and Covid protocols, is the inequity in a 4 pm check-in but such an early checkout. Also, the door lock was a little fussy, but everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Senior citizens going wild

The unit was filthy!!

The unit was not clean, the sofa and chair are filthy, bathroom floor was really filthy with a pile of dark hair in the corner, the thresholds into the bathroom are disgustingly filthy The kitchen furnishings were totally unacceptable, nothing to use, everything totally mismatched and should be thrown in the trash!! I have pictures of the filth I would love to show you!!

My husband and I enjoyed are stay. The location was convenient to the beach shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean but a little dated. Perfect for us. Can't wait to come back.

Sleepless in Destin

The location was great! For the most part we had all we needed, but the bed was the worst we have tried to sleep on. My husband ended up sleeping on the bunk bed because we couldn’t sleep in the bed together. A new mattress is needed for sure! We had to buy toilet paper because we were there for a full week and there was only one roll.

Great property Fabulous location

Location was superb. Destin is like a second home for us, we love being in close proximity to the beach and this condo did not disappoint. We walked literally 1 min to the corner cafe every morning for great breakfast, smoothies and fresh juices.
