Welcome to paradise! The Seabreeze Condo at Portside is a two bedroom and two bathroom professionally decorated unit that sleeps six.
Located on the ground floor for the ultimate in convenience and parking at the door, you'll love the spacious living area with Smart TV, couch and a duo of chairs for seating comfort. The dining area features a table for 4 plus a couple of bonus seats at the bar. The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and everything you need for meals and snacks. There is a full bathroom on this level with a walk-in shower.
A washer/dryer offers the best in convenience, and wifi keeps you connected. Our covered patio out front offers comfy seating.
Up one flight of steps, you'll find the king master bedroom with a Smart TV and a bedroom balcony offering a partial gulf view in the distance. The master also offers a wet bar (un-stocked, BYOB).
The second bedroom has two full beds and a Smart TV. And the upstairs bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
Just a short walk to the beach, guests will love the quiet west end section of Panama City Beach without any nearby high rises and plenty of space to spread out.
Portside offers three amazing pools (one heated), hot tub, tiki hut with great views of the gulf, shaded poolside cabanas, tennis court, shuffleboard, and fitness room. Portside Resort has beautiful, lush landscaping that will make you feel like you are visiting a tropical oasis. Guests are sure to love the volcano rock water feature in the pool.
The complex is located on the popular west end of Panama City Beach, right across the street from the worldâs most beautiful beach. A foodies dream with Thomas Donuts to the right and Mike's Oyster Bar to the left. Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are approx 2-3 miles away.
Guests pay for parking and wristbands upon arrival: $40/car and $1/wristband.
