Thank you for your review. All sheets and towels are commercially laundered pressed and folded. Stained items are supposed to be separated by the laundry and rewashed with a special stain removal process. We are sorry that the laundry must have missed some items in the fresh bag containing a changeout for linens and towels provided to our housekeepers for your stay.

This PCB rental was in a great location from it’s beautiful beachfront and closeness to fun local shops and bars in Pier Park across from The Pier! The main room of this rental had a spacious kitchen, plenty of eating areas, a TV/ living room opening out to a balcony overlooking the gorgeous ocean and sunsets each night! Last, but not least, a washer & dryer were down the hall from the tidy bedrooms/ bathrooms; the covered garage was for guests only; there were plenty of luggage carts for moving in/out of the garage; and, a very helpful staff inside the building and outside on the beach. All of these wonderful elements made this Spring Break trip flawless!

This was a mother's day trip for our mom and sister. It has beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is really outdated. The only new thing was the two brown recliners in the LR. The sofa was dirty and worn out. ECDI did come to clean it and the 4 dining room chairs. But it really needs to be replaced along with most of the other furniture. The king mattress was probably over 30 years old, squeeked as we got into it, and bounced if we moved. It is sunken. It definitely needs to be replaced. No one slept well. It may also be due to the strong WIFI in the building as well. No directions for connecting the TV. I had to call the cable company. The kitchen was not well equipped. ECDI brought in more items like a cutting board, lemon juicer, dish dryer, and extra flatware. We did not even have a cookie sheet to bake pizza in. The washer and dryer did not work. This was a very disappointing condo.

The view was breathtaking. The king size bed slept horrible, 2 days before we left they sent up a new mattress but the first 5 days was like sleeping on box springs. Couch is also worn out. Feel springs when you sat on it. Two of the bathrooms sink would stop up while brushing teeth. Day one, spare room had a leak in ceiling someone came and checked it the day before we left. Leak was bad enough that water was in floor. This unit needs a DEEP CLEAN and update bad! There was limited dishes, no cookie sheet and other needed items just simple things, need a deep clean in all cabinets as well as drawers. I am not a picky person and I can tell you it needed a good clean. They do have two new recliners in the unit at least.

The elevator situation made this entire vacation a headache if we wanted to leave the facility to go do anything at all even just go down to the beach. 28 floors and 6 working elevators.. do not recommend for the price.

Great condo!

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo was set up different than we typically get but it was great. The open kitchen and living room was great for everyone to be able to hang out together and thr view from the balcony was breathtaking. We will be staying here again!

Great family resort!

We had a wonderful stay during our time at the resort. The room was spacious enough for my husband, son, and I as well as my parents. The room was very clean when we arrived and the chairs were nice so we didn’t have to carry everything down. We would definitely stay here again!

everything was really enjoyable and we had a great time! the only bad part, according to my husband, is that the cookware was not good quality. we honestly had no major problems and would definitely stay again!

The condo is equipped for basic vacation rental cooking and we have not had any complaints about the cookware from any of our other guests. If specialty cookware is needed we advise our guests to bring what they're accustomed to using.
