I was born and raised in Kona and moved off the island many years ago. I'm so excited to host you in a place where I have so many memories. I hope that you make memories of your own and appreciate being part of that.

Huaka'i Haven is getting a complete "facelift". New paint, furnishings, & decor." Please see listing photos to get a sense of the vibe we're going for.
Vaulted ceilings in this spacious 1bd/1bath, split-level condo add to the bright airy feel.
Downstairs you'll find the primary bdrm with a king bed & private deck w/ partial ocean views. Freshen up in the adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The in-unit washer & dryer is also located downstairs.
Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen & living area with a discreet queen-size Murphy bed for 2 additional guests. Enjoy views from the upper deck or take a nap on the outdoor daybed.
Both the living room & bedroom feature 50-in Roku TVs to use your favorite streaming service or regular cable.
Ceiling fans in every room + island breeze help to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature. AC is available & set to maintain a comfortable 68 degrees or higher. If you prefer colder temps, we offer the option at an additional daily fee.
Along with the essential amenities & starter sets of paper goods, we have also provided everything you'll need for a day at the beach.
HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS:
- Quiet hours are 9:00p-8:00a
- Sound during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated area
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- We utilize a Ring Doorbell camera w/ audio to ensure guests do not have trouble accessing the unit. It will be on during your stay.
- Guests are required by the HOA to fill out a registration form prior to receiving your door code.
Because of the tropical climate insects are common & almost unavoidable.
- Keep all food & beverages stored properly & sealed
- Keep surfaces clean & take out trash daily
- Keep all screen doors shut
- Turn off exterior lights as they attract flying insects
